Final Completion and Acceptance of the Work. When Contractor deems the Work to be complete, Contractor must notify SCC, in writing that the Work will be ready for an inspection and/or test on a date specified by Contractor. Such notice is given at least 15 calendar days in advance of said date. If SCC concurs that the Work will be ready for inspection or testing on the date given, SCC will make such inspection within a reasonable period of time. The scheduling of the inspection to determine whether the Work is complete does not relieve Contractor of its responsibilities under the Contract Documents. Contractor must cooperate in all respects in the scheduling and performance of the inspection.
