Financial Services Committee. The Parties hereby establish a Financial Services Committee. The principal representative of each Party shall be an official of the Party's competent authorities responsible for financial services set out in Annex 12D.
Financial Services Committee. 1. The Parties hereby establish the Financial Services Committee. The principal representative of each Party shall be an official of the Party’s authority responsible for financial services set out in Annex 12.15.
2. In accordance with Article 21.1(2)(d) (The Free Trade Commission), the Committee shall:
(a) supervise the implementation of this Chapter and its further elaboration;
(b) consider issues regarding financial services that are referred to it by a Party; and
(c) participate in the dispute settlement procedures in accordance with Articles 12.17 and 12.18.
3. The Committee shall meet annually, or as otherwise agreed, to assess the functioning of this Agreement as it applies to financial services. The Committee shall inform the Commission of the results of each meeting.
Financial Services Committee. 1. The Parties hereby establish a Financial Services Committee. The principal representative of each Party shall be an official of the Party’s authority responsible for financial services set out in Annex 10D.
2. The Committee shall:
(a) supervise the implementation of this Chapter and its further elaboration;
(b) consider issues regarding financial services that are referred to it by a Party; and
(c) participate in the dispute settlement procedures in accordance with Article 10.19.
3. The Committee shall meet annually, or as otherwise agreed, to assess the functioning of this Agreement as it applies to financial services. The Committee shall inform the Joint Committee established under Article 20.1 (Joint Committee) of the results of each meeting.
Financial Services Committee. 1. The Parties hereby establish a Financial Services Committee.
2. The Committee may meet at the request of either Party to discuss any matter arising under this Agreement that affects financial services.
3. The Committee shall be headed by officials of the authorities specified in Annex 12-C.

2. The Financial Services Committee shall:
(a) supervise the implementation of this Chapter and its further elaboration;
(b) consider issues regarding financial services that are referred to it by a Party; and
(c) participate in the dispute settlement procedures in accordance with Article 12.12.
3. The Financial Services Committee shall meet one year after this Agreement has entered into force and thereafter as otherwise agreed by both Parties, to assess the functioning of this Agreement as it applies to financial services.
Financial Services Committee. 1. The parties establish the Financial Services Committee composed of representatives of the Competent Authorities identified in the annex to this article.
2. The Committee shall:
a) Supervise the implementation of this chapter and its further development;
b) Consider issues regarding Financial Services that are submitted by a party;
c) Shall participate in the dispute settlement procedures in accordance with articles 13-19 and 13-20; and
d) To facilitate the exchange of information between supervisory authorities and cooperate in providing advice, on prudential regulation, ensuring the harmonization of regulatory frameworks as well as other policies, when it deems appropriate.
3. The Committee shall meet at least once a year to review the implementation of this chapter.
Financial Services Committee. 1. The Parties hereby establish a Financial Services Committee. The Financial 19 For greater certainty, nothing in Article 9.3 shall be construed to require a Party to accord such recognition to prudential measures of the other Party. Services Committee shall comprise officials of each Party responsible for financial services as set out in paragraph 4.
2. The Committee shall:
(a) supervise the implementation of this Chapter and its further elaboration;
(b) consider issues regarding financial services that are referred to it by a Party, including ways for the Parties to cooperate more effectively in the financial services sector and
(c) participate in the dispute settlement procedures in accordance with Article
Financial Services Committee. 1. The Parties establish the Financial Services Committee, composed of the competent authorities of each Party. Representatives of other institutions may also participate when deemed appropriate by the competent authorities.
2. The Committee:
a) supervise the application of this Chapter and its subsequent development;
b) shall consider the financial services aspects submitted to it by any Party;
c) participate in dispute settlement procedures in accordance with Articles 12.19 and 12.20; and
d) facilitate the exchange of information between national supervisory authorities and cooperate in the area of prudential regulatory advice, seeking the harmonization of regulatory frameworks and other policies when deemed appropriate.
3. The Committee shall meet at least once a year to evaluate the operation of this Chapter.
Financial Services Committee. 1. The Parties hereby establish the Financial Services Committee (the Committee). The Committee shall be composed of representatives of the Parties as set out in Annex XX (Authorities responsible for Financial Services).
2. The Committee shall:
(a) supervise the implementation of this Chapter;
(b) consider issues regarding financial services that are referred to it by a Party;
(c) carry out a dialogue on the regulation of the financial services sector with a view to improving mutual knowledge of the Parties' respective regulatory systems and to cooperate in the development of international standards; and
(d) participate in the dispute settlement procedures in accordance with Article 18.20 (Investment Disputes in Financial Services).
3. The Committee shall meet as agreed to assess the functioning of this Agreement as it applies to financial services. The Committee shall inform the Joint Council of the results of any meeting. Meetings may be held by any technological means available to the Parties.
Financial Services Committee. 1. The Financial Services Committee, whose composition stated in annex 6.10. It may also include representatives of other institutions where the responsible authorities as appropriate.
2. Without prejudice to Article 9.04, the Committee shall have the following functions:
a) Consider issues regarding Financial Services that are submitted by a party;
b) Participate in the dispute settlement procedures under this chapter and article 6.19; and
c) To facilitate the exchange of information between national supervisory authorities and cooperate in providing advice on prudential regulation, ensuring the harmonization of regulatory frameworks as well as other policies, when it deems appropriate.
