Fingerprinting and Background Checks. (CA Gov. Code Section 1043).
a. Before any individual who provides services related to this Agreement may access PII, including but not limited to any employee, subcontractor or other person, Contractor must ensure that any such individual shall agree to a criminal background check, which shall be conducted by Covered California in accordance with California Government Code Section 1043, and its implementing regulations set forth in California Code of Regulations, Title 10, Section 6456. Fees charged by the California Department of Justice for the cost of processing such requests shall be paid by Contractor.
b. Background check records shall be maintained by Covered California for so long as any such individual is employed with Contractor or, if applicable, Contractor’s subcontractor plus a period of no less than five (5) years thereafter. Contractor shall provide Covered California with a list of any such individuals subject to this requirement and shall provide, update and notify Covered California of any personnel changes involving any such individuals via e-mail at xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxx.xx.xxx.
c. For any insurance agent licensed by the California Department of Insurance (CDI) Covered California may obtain a criminal history check in accordance with Government Code Section 1043 from CDI.
Fingerprinting and Background Checks. Manhattan Beach shall assure Xxxxxxx Beach that any individuals with the possibility of working alone with students of Hermosa Beach have been fingerprinted and backgrounds checked and cleared accordingly.
Fingerprinting and Background Checks. The SHP shall perform the following acts:
A. As required by DISTRICT, SHP shall, at its own expense, have all current and subsequent employees, agents and volunteers of who may enter a school site during the time that students are present submit their fingerprints in a manner authorized and required by DISTRICT;
B. Prohibit employees, agents and volunteers of SHP from coming into contact with students until DISTRICT and/or SHP has ascertained that the employee, agent or volunteer has not been convicted of a crime that would not allow them to be present on a school campus;
C. Certify in writing to the DISTRICT that neither SHP nor any of SHP’s employees, agents or volunteers who may enter a school site during the time that students are present have been convicted of a felony; and
D. As required, provide a list of the names of SHP’s employees, agents and volunteers who may have contact with students to the DISTRICT administrator for this Agreement.

All individuals including, but not limited to, employees, contractors, or subcontractors who perform services under this agreement shall agree to criminal background checks in compliance with Government Code section 1043, and its implementing regulations set forth in California Code of Regulations, Title 10, Section § 6456. Fees charged by the California Department of Justice for the cost of processing such requests shall be paid by Contractor but may be reimbursed by Covered California upon the mutual, written agreement of the parties.

Fingerprinting and Background Checks. Contractor shall ensure those drivers and any other employees providing services to the District under this Contract who will have contact with District students comply with the fingerprinting and criminal background investigation requirements set forth in Education Code sections 45125.1 and 45125.
Fingerprinting and Background Checks. HEARTLAND hereby agrees that it is aware of the provisions of Tennessee Code Annotated §49-5-413 requiring the background check of any employee or subcontractor that works on school grounds at any time when students are present, and prohibiting any person with a history of the criminal offenses cited in the statute from working on a school campus during such times. HEARTLAND hereby certifies that it has and will, at all times during the performance of the Services, comply with this provision. A default by HEARTLAND of the provisions of this Section shall automatically be grounds for termination of this Agreement pursuant to the default terms herein.
Fingerprinting and Background Checks. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, NPSS shall be subject to and must comply with the provisions of Subsections (c), (d) and (e) of Section 6.2 of the Joint Use Agreement with respect to any and all of the NPSS Staff.

Prior to and as a condition of the provision of any Services under this Agreement, Contractor shall require each person providing such Services to submit to fingerprinting and a background check administered by the District at the District’s expense. Contractor shall ensure that no person to whom the District objects based on the results of said fingerprinting and background check provides any Services under this Agreement. If the District objects to any Contractor based on the results of the background check, the Contractor shall not be allowed to provide services. All information provided and all information received by the District through the Contractor background check and/or other sources, shall be considered and maintained as confidential personnel file information under the Colorado Open Records Act and not subject to disclosure except on a “need to know” basis as authorized by law.
Fingerprinting and Background Checks. Pinellas assures that each of its employees assigned hereunder has been fingerprinted by an authorized law enforcement agency and processed by the State Department of Law Enforcement and the Federal Bureau of Investigation for criminal background checks. Any employee assigned hereunder must meet all screening requirements as described in Section 1012.32, Florida Statutes. The results of all such background investigation and fingerprinting, and any updated information disclosing subsequent criminal activity, shall be immediately reported in writing to the Superintendent of Schools.
