Fingerprinting and Background Checks. The SHP shall perform the following acts:
Fingerprinting and Background Checks. Manhattan Beach shall assure Xxxxxxx Beach that any individuals with the possibility of working alone with students of Hermosa Beach have been fingerprinted and backgrounds checked and cleared accordingly.

Fingerprinting and Background Checks. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, NPSS shall be subject to and must comply with the provisions of Subsections (c), (d) and (e) of Section 6.2 of the Joint Use Agreement with respect to any and all of the NPSS Staff.
Fingerprinting and Background Checks. Contractor shall ensure those drivers and any other employees providing services to the District under this Contract who will have contact with District students comply with the fingerprinting and criminal background investigation requirements set forth in Education Code sections 45125.1 and 45125.2. Following execution of this Contract, Contractor shall provide verification of compliance with fingerprinting and criminal background requirements to the District upon the hiring or engagement of any new employee prior to permitting the individual any contact with District pupils.
Fingerprinting and Background Checks. HEARTLAND hereby agrees that it is aware of the provisions of Tennessee Code Annotated §49-5-413 requiring the background check of any employee or subcontractor that works on school grounds at any time when students are present, and prohibiting any person with a history of the criminal offenses cited in the statute from working on a school campus during such times. HEARTLAND hereby certifies that it has and will, at all times during the performance of the Services, comply with this provision. A default by HEARTLAND of the provisions of this Section shall automatically be grounds for termination of this Agreement pursuant to the default terms herein.
Fingerprinting and Background Checks. Consultant shall ensure fingerprinting and background investigations of all employees who will interact with students. Employees shall be required to provide fingerprint impressions for submission to the California Department of Justice, at Consultant’s expense, and to obtain and receive clearance before beginning any services. KUSD has the right to terminate the assignment of any of Consultant’s employee convicted of any offense for which KUSD is prohibited from hiring or contracting to employ a person under the California Education Code. KUSD has the right to terminate the assignment of any Employee of Consultants who has been convicted of any offense for which KUSD would, as a matter of policy or practice, not hire as an employee.

Fingerprinting and Background Checks. Prior to and as a condition of the provision of any Services under this Agreement, Contractor shall require each person providing such Services to submit to fingerprinting and a background check administered by the District at the District’s expense. Contractor shall ensure that no person to whom the District objects based on the results of said fingerprinting and background check provides any Services under this Agreement. If the District objects to any Contractor based on the results of the background check, the Contractor shall not be allowed to provide services. All information provided and all information received by the District through the Contractor background check and/or other sources, shall be considered and maintained as confidential personnel file information under the Colorado Open Records Act and not subject to disclosure except on a “need to know” basis as authorized by law.
