Fire and Emergency. 34. The Council shall provide the Guild each year with a Safety Management Plan including a Risk Assessment, taking into consideration all safety matters necessary to minimise risk.

The Employer agrees that it will use its best efforts to comply with the provisions of this Article, but the Association relieves the Employer of any responsibility in the event that, because of computer failure, or a statutory holiday falling on a Thursday, or for similar reasonable cause, the Employer fails, for a temporary period, to pay salaries on Thursday.
