Common use of First Aid Allowance Clause in Contracts

First Aid Allowance. An Employee who holds the appropriate first aid qualifications (St John’s Ambulance) and is appointed, in writing, by the Company to carry out first aid, in addition to usual duties, will be paid a flat allowance of $15.00 per week. This rate will increase to $15.75 per week as of first full pay period after 1 October 2008.

First Aid Allowance. An Employee who holds the appropriate first aid qualifications (St John’s Ambulance) and is appointed, in writing, by the Company to carry out first aid, in addition to usual duties, will be paid a flat allowance of $15.00 12.50 per week. This rate will increase to $15.75 15.00 per week as of first full pay period after 1 October 2008July 2007.

An Employee who holds the appropriate employee holding a current first aid qualifications (St qualification from St. John’s Ambulance) and Ambulance or similar body shall be paid an allowance of $9.35 per week for each week he/she is appointed, in writing, appointed by the Company to carry out perform first aid, in addition to usual duties, aid duty. This will be paid a flat allowance of $15.00 per week. This rate will increase to $15.75 per week as of first full pay period after 1 October 2008pro rated for part time employees.
