Common use of First Aid Allowance Clause in Contracts

First Aid Allowance. An Employee who holds the appropriate first aid qualifications (St John’s Ambulance) and is appointed, in writing, by the Company to carry out first aid, in addition to usual duties, will be paid a flat allowance of $15.00 per week. This rate will increase to $15.75 per week as of first full pay period after 1 October 2008.

First Aid Allowance. An Employee who holds the appropriate first aid qualifications (St John’s Ambulance) and is appointed, in writing, by the Company to carry out first aid, in addition to usual duties, will be paid a flat allowance of $15.00 12.50 per week.
