First Aid Attendant – Seniority. In the event the First-Aid Attendant is at work out of line of seniority the Employer shall assign the First-Aid Attendant to a job that the First-Aid Attendant is capable of performing but replaces the lowest senior employee called into work.

Related to First Aid Attendant – Seniority

  • First Aid Attendants a) Designated First Aid Attendants shall receive their job rate of pay plus the Ticket Premium rate. All other employees holding valid First Aid Tickets shall receive a premium of five cents (5¢) per hour over and above their job rate. There shall be no stacking or pyramiding of premiums.

  • First Aid Attendant Employees who take time off at the direction of the Employer to take a recognized Industrial First Aid Program shall not suffer a loss of regular pay.

  • Super Seniority In the event of a layoff, the Plant Chairperson, Committeepersons and Stewards shall have super seniority.

  • Loss of Service and Seniority An employee shall lose all service and seniority and shall be deemed to have terminated if he:

  • Bargaining Unit Seniority The length of continuous service in a position or succession of positions within Bargaining Unit Two (2), beginning with the last date of hire or transfer into the Bargaining Unit, as defined by seniority credits.

  • Loss of Seniority An employee shall lose all seniority and service and shall be deemed to have terminated if he:
