First Aid/CPR. 14 The District agrees to provide an opportunity at no cost for employees to renew first aid cards twice 15 during each school year, and to accept valid sport medicine certification as an alternative to a first 16 aid card provided such alternative certification contains a CPR component. Employees whose 17 assignment requires First Aid/CPR shall be paid at their regular rate of pay for attending a First 18 Aid/CPR course. 19
First Aid/CPR. Within the first four (4) months of employment, the Employer shall ensure that new employees receive an Emergency First Aid course with CPR Level A Protocol. Any renewal of certification shall be done in-house, during regular working hours.

  • First Aid Kits The Employer shall provide an area, equipped with a first-aid kit, for the use of Employees taken ill during working hours.

  • COVID-19 Vaccine Passports Pursuant to Texas Health and Safety Code, Section 161.0085(c), Contractor certifies that it does not require its customers to provide any documentation certifying the customer’s COVID-19 vaccination or post-transmission recovery on entry to, to gain access to, or to receive service from the Contractor’s business. Contractor acknowledges that such a vaccine or recovery requirement would make Contractor ineligible for a state-funded contract.

  • First Aid Attendants a) Designated First Aid Attendants shall receive their job rate of pay plus the Ticket Premium rate. All other employees holding valid First Aid Tickets shall receive a premium of five cents (5¢) per hour over and above their job rate.
