First Aid Training and Allowance. St Basil’s Homes will pay the cost of renewal of a valid First Aid Certificate for Employees required to maintain a valid First Aid Certificate for involvement in leisure and lifestyle activities and Home and Community Care in accordance with Schedule AEmployment Classifications. Where the employer directs an employee to attend First Aid training the employer will bear the cost of the training. First Aid Allowance for Full-time, Part-time and Casual Employees. A weekly First Aid allowance of 1.67% of the standard rate per week will be paid to a Full-time Employee where: an Employee is required by the Employer to hold a current First Aid Certificate; and an Employee, other than a Home Care Employee, is required by their Employer to perform First Aid at their workplace; or a Home Care Employee is tasked by the Employer to be responsible for providing First Aid to other Employees, within a given week. The first aid allowance in 20.6(a) will apply to eligible Part-time and Casual Employees on a pro rata basis on the basis that the ordinary weekly hours of work for full-time employees are thirty-eight (38) hours.

  • First Aid Allowance An employee who has been trained to render first aid and who is the current holder of appropriate first aid qualifications such as a certificate from the St. John's Ambulance or similar body shall be paid a weekly allowance of $11.50 if appointed by their employer to perform first aid duty.

  • First Aid Training In the interests of the occupational safety and health of employees, the Employer will undertake an in-service program of first aid training aimed at providing a first aid officer for each department.

  • Training Allowance Operators who are required by the Employer to provide training to a specified level and to certify to the competency of the employees so trained shall receive twelve dollars ($12) per day while training. In such cases, the most senior qualified operator with the capability to provide training in the required class of equipment shall be given the opportunity to provide such training.

  • Aid Allowance An employee who has been appointed by the Employer and trained to render first aid and who is the current holder of appropriate first aid qualifications such as a certificate from the St. Xxxx's Ambulance or similar body shall be paid weekly an allowance as detailed in Appendix A. The Employer will always appoint the appropriate number of First Aid Officers as required by relevant legislation and Code of Practice.

  • Fares and Travel Allowance All Employees shall be entitled to receive the fares and travel allowance as follows:

  • Travel Allowance 18.01 The existing Board travel allowance shall be paid to an Occasional Teacher. This shall only apply when replacing an itinerant teacher.

  • Overtime Meal Allowance Employees required to work more than two (2) hours overtime consecutive with a shift shall be provided with a meal by the Employer.

  • Car Allowance The Company shall provide the Executive an automobile allowance of $750 per month during the term of Executive’s employment hereunder.

  • Service Core Allowance The company shall pay $0.95 per hour for all work carried out in construction of service core. This allowance will be adjusted annually (effective from 1 June) in accordance with CPI movements (All Groups, Melbourne) for the preceding 12 months to March (increases to be rounded to the nearest 5 cents).

  • Mileage Allowance The state agrees to seek continued funding to provide for the payment of a mileage allowance for the use of privately owned vehicles for official travel at the rate provided in section 112.061(7)(d)1., F.S.
