Fiscal Year 2005-2006. Effective July 1, 2005, unit members shall receive a 2.4% across-the-board increase; additionally, a sum of money valued at 2.4% of the total base salaries of all unit members as of June 30, 2005 shall be available for the provision of merit- based increases to unit members. Fiscal Year 2006-2007 Effective July 1, 2006, unit members shall receive a 3.79% across-the-board increase; additionally, a sum of money valued at 3.79% of the total base salaries of all unit members as of June 30, 2006 shall be available for the provision of merit-based increases to unit members. All increases noted for the above fiscal years will be reflected in the minimum and maximum annualized salaries of Physician I and Physician II.
