Fitting. Company will inform the Customer about the exact date and planned time of installation. On occasions, if the assembly team is available sooner the Company might try to start the work sooner with shorter notice by agreement of both parties.
Fitting. 1. Each person must be individually measured and fitted prior to first delivery of garments. During the first two weeks of service, vendor shall make necessary adjustments and provide necessary replacements at no additional cost.
Fitting. The VENDOR shall visit each specified location within Five (5) Calendar Days after Notice to Proceed has been issued and measure appropriate personnel for the proper fit of uniforms (samples to be provided by the vendor). Fittings shall be scheduled and performed during regular work hours. Additional scheduled fittings shall be performed as employees are hired, change uniform size/status (i.e., promotion, demotion, required maternity wear, physical changes, etc.). Employees requiring maternity wear shall be fitted for the uniform throughout the pregnancy. All additional fittings shall be at no additional cost to the DEPARTMENT.

9.1. The Tenant shall be solely responsible at its own expense for the fitting out and furnishing of the Demised Unit so as to enable the Tenant to occupy and trade from the Demised Unit in accordance with the fitting out details to be approved in writing by the Lessor pursuant to sub-clause (2) hereof.
Fitting. 6.1. In cases where fitting is part of the agreement, customer has the obligation to provide for orderly vehicle access all the way to the rooms to be furnished. Where means of transportation such as cranes and lifts exist, these will be provided for use by MOUNTAIN CONCEPT or its subcontractors free of charge.
6.2. Customer accepts liability for storage of the delivered goods on the construction site. This specifically includes theft-protected and dry storage on the construction site.
6.3. Customer will make all necessary provisions so that fitting can be performed without delay; specifically that assembly fitters not be hampered by other craftspeople. Also, the fitting areas of the rooms to be furnished must be heated, clean and sufficiently lighted where required and electric power is to be provided. Costs for electricity and water will be carried by the customer. Floors must be made slippery- proof and sufficiently covered to prevent soiling and damage by the customer.
6.4. If fitting includes connections with objects owned by the customer or third parties (e.g. fastening to walls by drilling or chiseling), customer will warn MOUNTAIN CONCEPT of perilous locations prior to the commencement of such work, specifically the exact location of electric cables, gas and water pipes and other supply systems will be communicated.
6.5. MOUNTAIN CONCEPT has no obligation to inspect the properties of walls or objects to which MOUNTAIN CONCEPT parts will be connected. Customer, on the other hand, has the obligation to notify MOUNTAIN CONCEPT of properties of walls or objects possibly impairing simple and problem-free fitting. Any additional work and expense resulting from unpredicted properties of walls and objects will be charged to the customer.
6.6. Additional costs for overtime authorized and fitting delays caused by the customer as well as work not included in the order acknowledgement or work caused by inadequate environment will be charged separately. This will also be the case if MOUNTAIN CONCEPT has offered fitting for a lump sum.
6.7. Customer will at their own costs take care of cleaning of the rooms after fitting. Lack of contractual stipulations to the contrary, fitting services offered by MOUNTAIN CONCEPT does not include fitting and connecting of electric equipment of any kind and lighting appliances. Unless agreed otherwise, such work is to be performed by authorized craftsmen at customer's own expense.
Fitting. All projects may only be fitted by the student, agriculture science teachers, parents and/or guardians. Projects that have to be professionally fitted will require the student to make arrangements to show through 4-H and will not be housed at the Ag Barn.
Fitting. Fittings shall be packed in dust-free and sea-worthy wooden boxes / crates. Boxes / crates shall have adequate strength to withstand mechanical handling. Fittings smaller than 2” or equivalent to 2” should be packed in carton boxes, placed in closed wooden boxes. In case of wooden pallet, skid and skid pallet packing are used, bevel ends of fittings should be covered by plastic cap protector. Fittings bigger than 2” or smaller than 14” should be packed in wooden case or crate. Fittings bigger than 14” should be packed on wooden skid, pallet or skid pallet.
