Server Resources Sample Clauses

Server ResourcesXxxxxxx Technology Services prohibits any Subscriber Content or activities that use excessive server resources, or may adversely affect any other Customers. Customer understands that they share server resources with other Customers. In order to provide a stable and reliable hosting environment, server resources are limited for each account, which may include CPU and memory usage, number of concurrent processes, number of concurrent port or database connections, total bandwidth usage and disk space allocation.
Server Resources. Any website that uses a high amount of server resources (including CPU time, memory usage, and network resources) will be given the option to either pay additional Service Fees (which will depend on the resources required), reduce the resources used to an acceptable level,. NTS will be the sole arbiter of what is considered to be a high server usage level. All Web Hosting plans come with a limit of 5,000 files per Customer Account. Each block of 5,000 files after the initial 5,000 will incur an additional charge of $9.95 per month. Any Web Hosting plan deemed to be adversely affecting server performance or network integrity may be shut down without prior notice.

Server Resources. Certain server resources are shared. CAP/PSP configures servers in such a way so the accounts are separated from each other to the maximum possible degree. However, due to its nature, shared resources accessibility level cannot be guaranteed.

Client would then be subject to account reinstatement fee as defined in section 2.6 Other Fees to reactivate account.
Server Resources. Per the terms of Speakeasy's Master Service Agreement, should Customer's website utilize an excessive amount of server resources (including, but not limited to, CPU processing time, memory usage and network resources) for a sustained period of time, Speakeasy reserves the right to request that Customer either upgrade Customer's web hosting service package or reduce Customer's website's use of resources to an acceptable level. Speakeasy will be the sole arbiter of what is considered to be an excessive amount of server resources.
Server Resources. Each Account is allotted storage capacity and data transfer amounts on Intermedia’s servers according to the Service and related options selected by You. This storage size and data transfer allotments can be increased through the administrative control panel for an additional charge up to the maximum amount allowed for the Service and related options. The servers may stop accepting, processing, or delivering Data, including e-­ mail messages, when such set allotment or the purchased limit is reached thus causing a loss of Service Availability or Data loss. Intermedia will not be responsible for such loss of Service Availability or Data losses, and such loss of Service Availability will be excluded from calculations for Service Availability. The amount of data stored in a mailbox or a folder affects client and server performance. Large mailboxes or data storage may respond slower to user requests or cause client non-­responsiveness while the data is processed. Unlimited capacity allocation per plan is subject to technical limitations of the software used to access such capacity. Intermedia has no control over software limitations imposed by a software manufacturer. Unlimited mailboxes or data storage capacity may not be used for archiving services;; specific archiving products and services need to be purchased for archiving.
