FOOD AND ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.  If the Rental Agreement permits Renter's provision of food and beverages, Renter shall obtain a temporary food permit for the Event if required and comply with its provisions. The Office of Wilton’s First Selectman should be contacted for further information.  If the Event is catered, Renter shall provide the Library with a copy of the caterer's license.  If the Rental Agreement permits Renter's provision of alcoholic beverages, Renter shall appoint a "Designated Person" who shall be over the age of twenty-one, who shall remain on the premises throughout the Event, who shall not consume alcoholic beverages during the Event and who shall be personally responsible for the Renter’s compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to the provision of alcohol.  If Renter serves alcoholic beverages, the Renter may need to apply for, obtain, and submit to the Library prior to rental a Temporary Liquor Permit through the CT Department of Consumer Protection, unless the Renter holds a permanent license to serve and has provided a copy of this license to the Library. Renter can download the application and forms necessary by clicking the following link:  If required by the Rentals Coordinator, Renter shall pay a Security Deposit by check or credit card upon execution of the Rental Agreement. The Security Deposit shall be held to insure that Renter's obligations under the Rental Agreement are carried out, such as payment of any and all costs of cleaning and repair or replacement of the Library Facilities and Equipment.  The Security Deposit minus any amount deducted for cleaning, repair, or replacement (or satisfaction of any other Renter obligation) shall be returned to Renter within ten business days after the Event, without interest. If the cost of repair for damage exceeds the amount of the deposit, the Renter is responsible for prompt payment of the additional amount billed by the Library.  Renter shall have comprehensive liability insurance with limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and shall present a Certificate of Insurance naming the Library as an additional insured to the Library at least 10 business days prior to the Event.  If alcoholic beverages will be served at the Event, Renter shall present proof of "Host Liquor Liability Coverage," again naming the Library as an additional insured to the Library at least 10 business days prior to the Event.  Renter shall obtain from any caterer they may use a Certificate of Insurance confirming coverage ...

  • Alcoholic Beverages Costs of alcoholic beverages are unallowable.

  • Food and Beverages No Exhibitor shall sell or distribute food or beverages of any type without the express, written consent of Management and/or Center.

  • Food Although food may be served at a program being paid for with grant or local match funds, the food may not be purchased with grant or matching funds.

(2) The food should be varied and should be served to children at reasonable hours. (3) An employer must ensure that water, fruit juice or other such drinks are readily available at all times to each child.

  • Lottery Unless otherwise exempted in the Public School Code, if more students apply than can be admitted based on the School’s enrollment cap, admission decisions will be made by a lottery processxlii. The School shall adopt in advance the enrollment procedure for vacancies that occur during the school year that complies with applicable law.

  • Drugs and Alcohol The Pupil may be given the opportunity to provide a biological sample under medical supervision if involvement with drugs is suspected, or a sample of breath to test for alcohol consumed in breach of School rules or policy. A sample or test in these circumstances will not form part of the Pupil's permanent medical record.

  • DRUGS & ALCOHOL Any incidents concerning drugs and/or alcohol shall be dealt with in accordance with the policy of the Building Industry Group Drug and Alcohol Safety and Rehabilitation Program as detailed in Appendix D of this Agreement.
