Formal Evaluation Procedures. 1. The Xxxx or Associate Xxxx will develop a written response to the Library Faculty Member’s self evaluation and summarize constituency evaluations. This response and summary of constituency evaluations will be available to the Library Faculty Member at least two working days before his or her formal evaluation conference.
