FORMAT AND CONTENT OF TRAINING a. The Contractor shall provide written materials (i.e., manuals, handbooks, texts, etc.) normally provided with course offerings. Such documentation will become the property of the student upon completion of the training class. b. For hands-on training courses, there must be a one-to-one assignment of IT equipment to students, except that with respect to any SAS Onsite Training, due to the nature of Onsite (Customer Site) Training the State is responsible for providing IT equipment to the students. c. The Contractor shall provide each student with a Certificate of Training at the completion of each training course. With respect to SAS Training, Contractor will provide each student with a Certificate of Training provided that the State furnishes to the Contractor a roster of the students attending the SAS Onsite Training. d. The Contractor shall provide the following information for each training course offered: (1) The course title and a brief description of the course content, to include the course format (e.g., lecture, discussion, hands-on training); (2) The length of the course; (3) Mandatory and desirable prerequisites for student enrollment; (4) The minimum and maximum number of students per class; (5) The locations where the course is offered; (6) Class schedules; and (7) Price (per student, per class (if applicable)). The foregoing information is currently provided through the website referenced in Section 10 below. e. For those courses conducted at the Authorized User’s location, instructor travel charges (if applicable), including mileage and daily living expenses, must be indicated below. Rates paid as a result of travel must comply with the rates prescribed in the State of Wisconsin travel regulations, as applicable, in effect on the date(s) the travel is performed. These expenses generally include the following: Roundtrip coach airfare; rental car, including gas, or local transportation; hotel and per diem meal expenses; taxes.

Such documentation will become the property of the student upon completion of the training class. ii) If applicable, for hands-on training courses, there must be a one-to-one assignment of IT equipment to students. iii) Offerors shall provide each student with a Certificate of Training at the completion of each training course. iv) Offerors shall provide the following information for each training course offered: A) course title, B) a brief description of the course content, to include the course format (e.g., lecture, discussion, hands-on training); C) length of the course; D) mandatory and desirable prerequisites for student enrollment; E) minimum and maximum number of students per class; F) locations where the course is offered; G) class schedules; and H) price (per student, per class (if applicable)). v) For courses conducted at the ordering activity’s location, instructor travel charges (if applicable), including mileage and daily living expenses (e.g., per diem charges) are governed by Pub.   • Format and Content 51.2.1 Unless otherwise specified by CenturyLink, the forecasting forms located on the CenturyLink Wholesale Website will be used by CLEC for the requirements of this Section. 51.2.2 The joint planning process/negotiations should be completed within two (2) months of the initiation of such discussion. 51.2.3 Description of major network projects that affect the other Party will be provided in the semi-annual forecasts. Major network projects include but are not limited to trunking or network rearrangements, shifts in anticipated traffic patterns, or other activities by CLEC that are reflected by a significant increase or decrease in trunking demand for the following forecasting period. 51.2.4 Parties shall meet to review and reconcile the forecasts if forecasts vary significantly. 51.2.5 CLEC shall provide an updated trunk forecast when ordering or requesting additional trunks from CenturyLink anytime after the initial trunk implementation.

  • Technical Training The CAISO and the Participating TOs shall respond to reasonable requests for support and provide relevant technical training to each other’s employees to support the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the CAISO Controlled Grid and to comply with any NERC or WECC operator certification or training requirements. Examples of such technical training include, but are not limited to: (1) the theory or operation of new or modified equipment (e.g., control systems, Remedial Action Schemes, protective relays); (2) computer and applicator programs; and (3) CAISO (or Participating TO) requirements. The Parties shall enter into agreements regarding the timing, term, locations, and cost allocation for the training.

  • Proposed Policies and Procedures Regarding New Online Content and Functionality By October 31, 2017, the School will submit to OCR for its review and approval proposed policies and procedures (“the Plan for New Content”) to ensure that all new, newly-added, or modified online content and functionality will be accessible to people with disabilities as measured by conformance to the Benchmarks for Measuring Accessibility set forth above, except where doing so would impose a fundamental alteration or undue burden. a) When fundamental alteration or undue burden defenses apply, the Plan for New Content will require the School to provide equally effective alternative access. The Plan for New Content will require the School, in providing equally effective alternate access, to take any actions that do not result in a fundamental alteration or undue financial and administrative burdens, but nevertheless ensure that, to the maximum extent possible, individuals with disabilities receive the same benefits or services as their nondisabled peers. To provide equally effective alternate access, alternates are not required to produce the identical result or level of achievement for persons with and without disabilities, but must afford persons with disabilities equal opportunity to obtain the same result, to gain the same benefit, or to reach the same level of achievement, in the most integrated setting appropriate to the person’s needs. b) The Plan for New Content must include sufficient quality assurance procedures, backed by adequate personnel and financial resources, for full implementation. This provision also applies to the School’s online content and functionality developed by, maintained by, or offered through a third-party vendor or by using open sources. c) Within thirty (30) days of receiving OCR’s approval of the Plan for New Content, the School will officially adopt, and fully implement the amended policies and procedures.

  • Staff Training 3.3.5.1 The CONTRACTOR shall provide regular and ongoing comprehensive training for CONTRACTOR staff to ensure that they understand the goals of Centennial Care 2.0, including the integration of physical, Long-Term Care and Behavioral Health, the provisions and limitations of the ABP and the requirements of this Agreement. As issues are identified by the CONTRACTOR and/or HSD, the CONTRACTOR shall provide timely and targeted training to staff. 3.3.5.2 The CONTRACTOR shall provide an initial orientation and training as well as ongoing training, including training targeted to different types of staff, to ensure compliance with this Agreement. Including targeted training regarding: 3.3.5.2.1 Care Coordination; 3.3.5.2.2 Nursing Facility Level of Care Determinations; 3.3.5.2.3 Setting of Care Submissions; 3.3.5.2.4 Community Benefit Services and Supplemental Questionnaire; and

  • Form and content All documents and evidence delivered to the Agent under this Clause 3 shall: 3.8.1 be in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Agent; and 3.8.2 if reasonably required by the Agent, be certified, notarised, legalised or attested in a manner acceptable to the Agent.

  • General Training 417. The City will use its best efforts to provide Local 21 represented employees with up to forty (40) hours of paid time off for job-related training and/or professional development, which shall include one day of professional development of an employee’s choice, not to be unreasonably denied. Such time may include departmental-sponsored training and/or professional development; DHR sponsored training and/or professional development; and/or outside training and/or professional development approved by appointing officer or designee. The foregoing includes but is not limited to mandatory continuing education and/or training requirements.
