Full Assessment Clause Samples

The Full Assessment clause requires a comprehensive evaluation of a subject, such as a property, asset, or situation, before proceeding with a transaction or agreement. In practice, this means that all relevant factors—such as legal, financial, environmental, or technical aspects—must be thoroughly reviewed and documented, often by qualified professionals. This clause ensures that parties have complete and accurate information, reducing the risk of unforeseen issues and supporting informed decision-making.
Full Assessment. 6.5.1 If you decide to proceed with your claim post the 14 day cooling off period you will be required to supply all documentation you hold on the product. We will conduct a detailed assessment to evaluate the viability of the claim using, but not limited to, the information gleaned in the pre-submission questionnaire.
Full Assessment. A full assessment is a one and a half day activity (no less than eight (8) hours and not more than twelve (12) hours) by which all tests need to be completed. The participant and a professional assessor develop and agree on an individualized employment plan which may lead a participant to employment based on the evaluation of the participant’s existing skills, education level, employment goals, vocational assessment test results and local labor market information. Full assessments are conducted during Vocational and Career Assessments.
