Full-Time Schedule a. The full-time master schedule shall be posted for the fiscal year, April 1 until March 31. Two (2) months’ notice must be given before any change is made to the posted schedule. b. If unanticipated, mandatory training is required by legislation or an authority authorized by legislation, the Hospital may make changes to the schedule with no less than fourteen (14) days’ notice in order to achieve the training in the required time frame, and must also make every reasonable effort to achieve a mutually satisfactory schedule. c. No scheduled shift shall be less than eight (8) hours in duration, except for training shifts. Any shorter shift will be filled by utilizing the call-in procedure. d. In the event that an employee is scheduled to work at one campus and must be assigned to work at another campus, it will be offered by seniority to the Security Personnel at work, and if no employee accepts the change of location, the least senior employee may be required to work at a different campus.

Full-Time Schedule. 1. Ninety percent (90%) of full-time employees at service centers with six (6) or more employees covered under this Agreement shall be guaranteed a minimum of forty (40) hours of work or pay per week for five (5) consecutive workdays with a daily guarantee of eight (8) hours per day. The remaining ten percent (10%) (rounded up) of full-time employees shall be guaranteed a mini- mum of thirty-five (35) hours of work or pay per week for five (5) consecutive workdays. 2. Full-time employees at service centers with five (5) or fewer employees covered under this Agreement shall be guaranteed a minimum of thirty-five (35) hours of work or pay per week. 3. The Employer may establish a work week that consists of four (4) ten (10) hour days. Employees on such schedule shall receive up to three (3) days off, two (2) of which will be consecutive, with a minimum of one (1) day being Saturday or Sunday. 4. Any regular full-time employee called back to work after having completed his/her regular assignment for that day shall be xxxxxx- xxxx not less than four (4) hours of work at the applicable hourly rate of pay.

  • Full-Time Nurse is a Nurse who is hired to a position on a regular or temporary basis to work the work period described in Article 7.00 of this Agreement.

  • Full-Time Only During the year of the leave, seniority shall continue to accumulate. Service for the purposes of vacation and salary progression and other benefits will be retained but will not accumulate during the period of the leave.

  • Full-Time Position Executive accepts such employment and agrees to devote substantially all of his business time, energies and attention to the performance of his duties hereunder. Nothing herein shall be construed as preventing Executive from making and supervising personal investments, provided they will not interfere with the performance of Executive’s duties hereunder or violate the provisions of Section 5.4 hereof.

  • Full-Time A full-time employee is an employee who regularly works forty (40) hours per week and 2080 hours per calendar year.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Executive shall not be prevented from (a) engaging in any civic or charitable activity for which Executive receives no compensation or other pecuniary advantage, (b) investing his or her personal assets in businesses which do not compete with the Company, provided that such investments will not require any services on the part of Executive in the operation of the affairs of the businesses and that Executive’s participation is solely that of an investor, or (c) purchasing securities in any corporation whose securities are regularly traded, provided that such purchases will not result in Executive owning beneficially at any time 5% or more of the equity securities of any corporation engaged in a business competitive with that of the Company.

  • Full-Time Employment Employees who are employed on a full-time basis will work 38 ordinary hours each week or an average of 38 ordinary hours each week over a cycle of shifts.

  • Regular Full-Time Employees A regular full-time employee is one who works full-time on a regularly scheduled basis. Regular full-time employees accumulate seniority and are entitled to all benefits outlined in this Collective Agreement.
