Part-Time Schedule. The following provisions apply to scheduling part-time employees only:

Part-Time Schedule a. The part-time schedule shall be posted one (1) week prior to implementation of the next two (2) week pay period. No scheduled shift shall be less than eight (8) hours in duration, except for training shifts. Any shorter shift will be filled by utilizing the call-in procedure. b. All exceptions to full availability will be on the Security Coordinator’s desk one (1) week and one (1) day prior to implementation of the next two (2) week pay period. c. Shifts that become available after posting the current two (2) week schedule with more than forty-eight (48) hours’ notice will be assigned via the hour count. Shifts that become available after the posting of the schedule with less than forty-eight (48) hours’ notice will be assigned in the same way as Article 13. d. Scheduled or call-in shifts may be cancelled with more than forty-eight (48) hours’ notice. If less than forty-eight (48) hours’ notice is given, the employee will be entitled to the opportunity to be made whole as follows: i. The employee shall be offered a minimum of four (4) hours of work, commencing with the beginning of the cancelled shift. If the employee declines, there is no further obligation to make him whole. ii. If opportunity for work arises that would commence during the minimum four (4) hour shift, or in the ninety (90) minutes immediately preceding it, such work shall be first offered to the employee whose shift was cancelled (who is working the four hour shift) to a maximum of twelve
Part-Time Schedule. All hours of work by part-time employees shall be filled on a schedule and initialed by a member of management. A copy of this completed schedule shall upon request be made available to the union xxxxxxx at the end of the work week.
Part-Time Schedule. This is any deviation from any full-time schedule which includes twenty (20) hours or more per week but less than forty (40) hours per week in seven (7) consecutive days; or for designated hospital personnel forty (40) or more hours and less than eighty (80) hours in a fourteen (14) day period.

  • Time Schedule 4.1. A project schedule is included in Appendix A. 4.2. Any delay of services or change in sequence of tasks must be approved in writing by Delaware. 4.3. In the event that Vendor fails to complete the project or any phase thereof within the time specified in the Contract, or with such additional time as may be granted in writing by Delaware, or fails to prosecute the work, or any separable part thereof, with such diligence as will insure its completion within the time specified in this Agreement or any extensions thereof, Delaware shall suspend the payments scheduled as set forth in Appendix A.

  • Part-time Scheduling Subject to Section B of this Article, the Employer and the Association endorse the principle that less than full time equivalent ("FTE") positions shall, within reason, be expected to work a biweekly work period that equates to an eighty (80) hour work period multiplied by the position's FTE. (e.g., 80 hours @ .75 = 60 hours). It is further understood by both parties that ASF Members assigned to less than a FTE position may be required, during the peak work periods, to exceed their normal biweekly work period. FLSA non-exempt ASF Members who work a part-time schedule will earn overtime for hours worked in excess of forty (40) in a work week. The Employer agrees to review any ASF position that is less than one (1) FTE if the Association can demonstrate that the position has regularly been required to work a work period that substantially exceeds the normal work period as defined above, and adjust the FTE of the respective position as deemed appropriate by the Employer.

  • Part-Time Nurse is a Nurse hired to a position to work on a regular or temporary basis that is less than the work period of a Full-Time Nurse.

  • Wage Schedule ‌ The pay rate (including increments and stated extras) as agreed to and hereinafter in this Schedule provided, shall be in effect during the term of the Agreement, from April 1, 2019 to March 31, 2022.

The progress schedule shall be related to the entire Project to the extent required by the Contract Documents, and shall provide for expeditious and practicable execution of the Work.

  • Shift Schedule The words "shift schedule" when used in this Agreement shall mean a timetable of the shifts and off days assigned to a position or group of positions which commences at the beginning of a pay period and includes one complete rotation of said shifts.

  • Outage Schedules The Connecting Transmission Owner shall post scheduled outages of its transmission facilities on the NYISO OASIS. Developer shall submit its planned maintenance schedules for the Large Generating Facility to Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO for a minimum of a rolling thirty-six month period. Developer shall update its planned maintenance schedules as necessary. NYISO may direct, or the Connecting Transmission Owner may request, Developer to reschedule its maintenance as necessary to maintain the reliability of the New York State Transmission System. Compensation to Developer for any additional direct costs that the Developer incurs as a result of rescheduling maintenance, including any additional overtime, breaking of maintenance contracts or other costs above and beyond the cost the Developer would have incurred absent the request to reschedule maintenance, shall be in accordance with the ISO OATT. Developer will not be eligible to receive compensation, if during the twelve (12) months prior to the date of the scheduled maintenance, the Developer had modified its schedule of maintenance activities other than at the direction of the NYISO or request of the Connecting Transmission Owner.
