Full-time Training Qualifications. 1. Must pass written skills at ninety-five per- cent (95%). 2. Must pass proficiency skills at ninety-five percent (95%). 3. Candidates will have one retake opportunity for each skill or proficiency less than ninety-five per- cent (95%). 4. Must have overall skills and proficiency rating of at least ninety-five percent (95%). 5. Will have evaluations at seven (7), fourteen (14), twenty-one (21), twenty-five (25), and twenty- nine (29) working days. 6. Training criteria may be adjusted as training areas evolve; however, the Union and Company must mutually agree to any changes.

Full-time Training Qualifications. 1. The Company will fill Full‑Time openings as they become available. 2. Trainings will be a combination of Computer Based Trainings, written certifications, and hands on training. 3. Newly promoted employees current training record will be evaluated to assess any certification at the minimum level of profi- ciency required by the Company. 4. Candidates will be required to pass all training if they do not already have the certification at the minimum level of proficiency set by the Company. 5. Will have evaluations at seven (7), fourteen (14), twenty‑one (21), twenty‑five (25), and twenty‑nine (29) working days. 6. Training criteria may be adjusted; however, the Union and Company must mutually agree to any changes. Mutual agreement will not be unreasonably withheld. 7. The Company will bid future additional positions for Hazmat/1st Responder. No employee that is a Hazmat/1st Re- xxxxxxx shall be removed, unless it is for good cause. 8. Employees, upon request, will have the opportunity to be trained on equipment. Training will be done at times convenient for the Company. The Company may reject requests for training for good cause. Such good cause will be discussed with the Union.

The Company will hold one full-time class each year of this Agreement. The Company will admit six (6) additional employees, above and beyond, the employees needed to fill current full-time openings into the class. The Company may hold additional classes as necessary to fill full-time openings. 8. The Company will bid future additional positions for Hazmat/1st Responder. Related to Full-time Training Qualifications

  • Upgrading Qualifications ‌ Where the Employer requires an employee to upgrade their skills or qualifications in order to operate or maintain new equipment, the cost of training and normal living and travel expenses as laid down in this agreement will be borne by the Employer.

  • Professional Qualifications It shall be a condition of continued professional employment that employees must apply for enrolment in their appropriate professional licensing body by the thirtieth day of continuous service.

  • Contractor Qualifications Contractor warrants that Contractor has the necessary licenses, experience and technical skills to provide services under this Contract.

  • STAFF QUALIFICATIONS CONTRACTOR shall ensure that all individuals employed, contracted, and/or otherwise hired by CONTRACTOR to provide classroom and/or individualized instruction or related services hold a license, certificate, permit, or other document equivalent to that which staff in a public school are required to hold in the service rendered consistent with Education Code section 56366.1(n)(1) and are qualified pursuant to Title 34 of the Code of Federal Regulations sections 200.56 and 200.58, and Title 5 of the California Code of Regulations sections 3001(y), 3064 and 3065. Such qualified staff may only provide related services within the scope of their professional license, certification or credential and ethical standards set by each profession, and not assume responsibility or authority for another related services provider or special education teacher’s scope of practice. CONTRACTOR shall ensure that all staff are appropriately credentialed to provide instruction and services to students with the disabling conditions placed in their program/school through documentation provided to the CDE (5 CCR 3064 (a)).

  • What Are the Qualifications for Charitable Donations The Pension Protection Act of 2006 allows Xxxx XXX holders who are RMD age or older at the time of a distribution to annually exclude qualified charitable distribution amounts up to $100,000 per year from gross income. The provision was made permanent by the PATH Act of 2015. A qualified charitable distribution must be made payable directly to the qualified charity as described in Section 170(b) of the Internal Revenue Code. Distributions from SEP or SIMPLE IRAs do not qualify for this type of designation.

  • Listing, Qualification, Etc This option shall be subject to the requirement that if, at any time, counsel to the Company shall determine that the listing, registration or qualification of the shares subject hereto upon any securities exchange or under any state or federal law, or the consent or approval of any governmental or regulatory body, or that the disclosure of non-public information or the satisfaction of any other condition is necessary as a condition of, or in connection with, the issuance or purchase of shares hereunder, this option may not be exercised, in whole or in part, unless such listing, registration, qualification, consent or approval, disclosure or satisfaction of such other condition shall have been effected or obtained on terms acceptable to the Board of Directors. Nothing herein shall be deemed to require the Company to apply for, effect or obtain such listing, registration, qualification or disclosure, or to satisfy such other condition.

  • Training and Orientation (a) No employee shall be required to work on any job or operate any piece of equipment until he/she has received proper training and instruction. (b) The Employer shall provide sufficient and adequate training and/or orientation to any employee working in a new or unfamiliar work area or position.

  • General Scope of Services Contractor promises and agrees to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, services, and incidental and customary work necessary to fully and adequately supply professional services, as more particularly described in Exhibit B (Statement of Work and Misc. Documents) attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference (collectively “Services”).
