Funerals. Up to two (2) uniformed State Highway Patrol members may receive leave with pay to attend the funeral of State Highway Patrol Officers, State Police Officers, or other Law Enforcement Officers killed in the line of duty. Such permission will not be unreasonably denied. No expenses associated with such leave will be paid by the Employer. For funerals in adjoining stat es, the Officers attending may drive a marked cruiser.
