Gas Fitter’s Premium. 1. Must be qualified and hold a City of Minneapolis Fuel Gas Fitter Certificate of Competency. 2. Certificate holders may be assigned at the discretion of the Employer; and, 3. Employee will be paid for all hours worked performing work that requires the certificate.
Gas Fitter’s Premium. Bargaining unit employees shall not perform work within the scope of the City’s gas fitters license unless the employee is qualified and properly licensed to perform the work under Chapter 227 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances. Where qualified and properly licensed bargaining unit employees are regularly and routinely required to perform such duties in conjunction with the operation, maintenance and repair of equipment within their assigned responsibilities, a premium of sixty –five (65) cents per hour shall be paid for all hours actually worked by such employees. Effective April 22, 2012 such hourly premium will be increased to seventy-five (75) cents per hour for all hours actually worked by such employees. The Employer reserves the right to limit the number of employees who may be paid the premium based upon its operating needs and to schedule such employees at times when their skills and licenses may be utilized effectively.

  • Night Shift Premium All hours worked by an employee between ten (10:00) p.m. and seven (7:00) a.m. shall be considered as shift work and paid for at the applicable straight time/overtime rate plus two ($2.00) dollars per hour shift premium for each full hour worked during this period. Night-shift premium shall not be added to the employee’s hourly rate of pay for the purpose of computing overtime pay.

  • BUYER’S PREMIUM A Buyer’s Premium fee of 10% of the Bid Price or $1,000 Auction Service Fee, whichever amount is greater, will be added to the High Bid amount.   • Night Premium For all time worked by employees, after 7 p.m. and before 7 a.m., by employees hired on or before August 5, 2005, a premium of twenty-five cents (25¢) per hour shall be paid.

  • Temporary Living Expenses An employee shall be entitled to reimbursement for meals and lodging for up to twenty (20) working days, as provided by procedures of the Department of Administrative Services, following a transfer initiated by the Employer.

  • Time Off in Lieu of Overtime Employees who work overtime will not be required to take time off in regular hours to make up for overtime worked. Time off in lieu may be taken on a mutually agreed upon basis between the employee and the Hospital, such time off will be the equivalent of the premium rate the employee has earned for working overtime. The Hospital shall revert to payment of premium rate if time off is not taken within sixty (60) calendar days."

  • Mileage Allowance The state agrees to seek continued funding to provide for the payment of a mileage allowance for the use of privately owned vehicles for official travel at the rate provided in section 112.061(7)(d)1., F.S.

  • Living Expenses You will normally live in Oxford while you are a Matriculated Non-Award Student and will need to pay for your living costs such as food, accommodation, and personal items, unless this is being covered by your home institution.
