GENDER NEUTRAL JOB EVALUATION PLAN. The University has in force and will maintain a formal gender neutral job evaluation plan (JEP) for the evaluation, classification and reclassification of all job positions within the University, including the job positions of employees in the bargaining unit. A copy of the JEP will be provided to the Union. No substantive changes will be made to the JEP during the current term of the Collective Agreement without the prior agreement of the Union.

GENDER NEUTRAL JOB EVALUATION PLAN. On or about May 1st the Parties agree to meet to discuss the terms of reference for the development of the gender neutral Job Evaluation Plan. In the event that there is a dispute with regard to either of the terms of reference, the plan specification, or the need to achieve closure, such dispute shall be referred to the final step of the grievance procedure and, if necessary, to arbitration in accordance with this Collective Agreement.   • Joint Job Evaluation Committee The parties entered into agreement December 17, 1992, to ensure the Joint Gender- Neutral Job Evaluation Plan remains current and operational and to that end endorsed the Joint Gender-Neutral Job Evaluation Maintenance Agreement. The parties agree that a guiding principle for the Committee is that there shall be no discrimination between male and female employees wherein a person of one sex is paid more than a person of the other sex for similar or substantially similar work.
