General Drawing Requirements. 1) All drawings shall be ¼” scale unless approved by the CUSTOMER a. Provide a graphic scale and north arrow. 2) Submit all drawings on a standard DCAMM 30” x 42” sheet with a standard DCAMM title block and provide a standard Title Sheet. (Per direction of DCAMM). All draft drawings should be also submitted in electronic copy, per Section 6 of the Contract. 3) A small-scale, legible key plan adjacent to the title box on all drawings showing section, detail or partial plan locations, when the floor plan to which the sections, detail or partial plans apply are on another sheet. The key plan shall indicate the drawing number of the sheet where the section was taken. 4) Show legends of materials, symbols, and abbreviations for each classification of drawings. 5) Insert, in the title box of all 50% Design Document drawings, the date on which the drawings were submitted to the CUSTOMER. 6) Indicate general dimensions and notes.
General Drawing Requirements a. Original drawings will be on 22"x34" sheets. If drawings exceed one (1) sheet, a cover sheet will be provided. b. No combined water and sewer plans will be accepted. c. Plan scale to be 1" = 50' only. d. Plan to show right-of-way line, centerline of right-of-way, lot lines, lot numbers, and street names. e. Fittings and valves to be drawn. f. Complete description of each fitting and valve to be called out on the construction plans. g. Size, type of pipe, distance between fittings shall be shown. h. Location of line, bends, valves, fire hydrants, etc., shall be shown in such a manner that the system can be staked for construction. i. The title block will be located in the lower right corner of the sheet to be read from the bottom of the sheet. The sheet shall have a 1/2" border all around with an extra 1" on the left side for binding. j. Plan view will normally be oriented so that north is either to the left or up on the sheet. k. Scale of drawings both scale and bar scale to be shown. l. Drawings shall contain a vicinity map, name of the District, an approval block for the District, Engineer's seal and signature, name of the engineering firm, Developer's name; date and north arrow(s), list of required construction notes, Section, Township, Range and SCAS datum. m. Permanent easements shall be shown. n. All improvements, proposed or existing, structures, shall be shown. o. Current water pressure.
General Drawing Requirements. 1.1 All drawings final output should be on D size, 24” x 36”, paper. Other standard sizes may be used in accordance with requirements described in later headings. 1.2 The English language shall be used on all drawings, sketches, charts, and associated documents. 1.3 All title blocks shall be of MD Xxxxxxxx standard design layout. 1.4 All drawings shall use MD Xxxxxxxx standard layers and linetypes as described in later sections of this manual. 1.5 Revisions to drawing data shall be identified by a revision cloud. 1.5.1 One revision triangle with identification number corresponding to the revision number shall be placed in the cloud line. 1.5.2 A description for the revision number shall be entered in the title block revision history. 1.6 Space Inventory requirements for building floor plans. 1.6.1 All room numbers and the useable floor area in square feet shall be noted on floor plans. 1.6.2 A polyline shall outline the room along the inside face of the walls. 1.6.3 The polyline shall be drawn on a separate layer, as indicated in the layer list.

  • Funding Requirements If Subrecipient receives funds pursuant to this Contract for more than one program, the funds received by Subrecipient for each program shall be expended only for that program, and Subrecipient shall not expend more funds for any program than are set forth in the Attachment C, Budget Schedule(s) for that program. Subrecipient shall operate continuously throughout the term of this Contract with at least the minimum number and type of staff and volunteers required for provision of the services described. Such staff and volunteers shall be qualified in accordance with all applicable statutes and regulations. Subrecipient agrees to submit to Administrator, upon request, a list of persons, including employees, subcontractors and volunteers, who are to provide such services, and any changes to said list, by name, title, professional degree, and experience.

  • Trunking Requirements The Parties will provide designed Interconnection facilities that meet the same technical criteria and service standards, such as probability of blocking in peak hours and transmission standards, in accordance with current industry standards.

  • Issuing Lender Reporting Requirements Each Issuing Lender shall, on the first Business Day of each month, provide to Administrative Agent and Borrower a schedule of the Letters of Credit issued by it, in form and substance satisfactory to Administrative Agent, showing the date of issuance of each Letter of Credit, the account party, the original face amount (if any), and the expiration date of any Letter of Credit outstanding at any time during the preceding month, and any other information relating to such Letter of Credit that the Administrative Agent may request.

The Grantee or Management Company shall complete a CRF Subsidy Request Report - Recap of Tenant Income Certification, which provides a unit-by-unit listing of all units in the Development for whom assistance is being requested and gives detailed information including the occupants’ eligibility, set-aside requirements, amount of household rent paid, utility allowance and amount of CRF Rental Subsidy requested. 2. The CRF Subsidy Request Report - Recap of Tenant Income Certification shall be prepared as of the last day of each calendar month during the period of performance and shall be submitted to XXXXxxxxxxxx@XxxxxxxXxxxxxx.xxx and Florida Housing’s monitoring agent no later than the 15th day of the following month. The December 2020 request will be due on or before December 15th. The Grantee will submit executed Coronavirus Relief Fund Rental Assistance Applications and supporting documentation to Florida Housing’s monitoring agent within 5 days upon the monitoring agent’s request.

  • Issuing Bank Reporting Requirements In addition to the notices required by Section 3.5(b), each Issuing Bank shall, no later than the tenth (10th) Business Day following the last day of each month, provide to the Administrative Agent, upon the Administrative Agent's request, schedules, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, showing the date of issue, account party, amount, expiration date and the reference number of each Letter of Credit issued by it outstanding at any time during such month and the aggregate amount paid by the Company during such month. In addition, upon the request of the Administrative Agent, each Issuing Bank shall furnish to the Administrative Agent copies of any Letter of Credit and any application for or reimbursement agreement with respect to a Letter of Credit to which the Issuing Bank is party and such other documentation as may reasonably be requested by the Administrative Agent. Upon the request of any Lender, the Administrative Agent will provide to such Lender information concerning such Letters of Credit.

  • Operating Requirements Any operating and technical requirements that may be applicable due to Regional Transmission Organization, Independent System Operator, control area, or the Connecting Transmission Owner’s requirements, including those set forth in the Small Generator Interconnection Agreement. Operating Requirements shall include Applicable Reliability Standards.

  • Bonding Requirements The Contractor is required to furnish a performance bond on the form in a form acceptable to the City, in a sum of not less than [insert bonding level] of the annual amount of the contract to guarantee the faithful performance of this contract.
