General Leave Program. Accrual of General Leave is as follows: 1 - 5 years 216 hours 6 - 10 years 230 hours 11 - 15 years 256 hours 16 - 20 years 280 hours 20 + years 296 hours Actual accrual is biweekly prorated from the above table. The maximum number of hours which may be accrued is One Thousand Four Hundred (1,400) hours of general leave.

  • General Leaves When no other leaves are available, a leave of absence may be granted to an employee on a paid or unpaid basis at any time upon any terms acceptable to the District and an employee.
