GENERAL PROGRAM OVERVIEW. 1) The Program being offered by the Principal under its BTG Program is a comprehensive and structured training program that is specifically designed for entry level professionals / fresh graduates with/ without any industrial experience. The Program consists of 7 modules that entail theoretical knowledge as well as practical skills required at international platforms; Industry exposure; various discipline interrelationships and software tools used in different Industries. 2) The program consists of following 2 major stages: - Stage-1: Regular Full Time Classroom Training + Assignments, Quizzes & Exams – First 6 months - Stage-2: Internship with stipend @ Rs. 20,000 PM – From 7th month to 12th month 3) The Program demonstrates various Technologies, Policies, Procedures and Approvals required for various Industries. 4) For the purpose of real life understanding and first-hand practical experience, the Program includes industry-based assignments & interactive classroom sessions. 5) The Program includes surprise tests (Quizzes) and tutorials (Assignments) throughout the Program duration. 6) The Candidate’s performance will be assessed for each module and performance will be evaluated based on regular tests/quizzes, assignments and assessments through Final Examination and Mock up Interview.

GENERAL PROGRAM OVERVIEW. Prudential’s business includes the operation of a customer support division responsible for all servicing for its Annuities business (herein described as “Transaction Processing”). Prudential desires to utilize Vendor to perform Transaction Processing Services on its behalf. Therefore Vendor will staff the Vendor offshore facility with personnel to perform and manage the Services. Transaction Processing Services will be assigned by Prudential for a particular business process (e.g., Disbursements). For each business process sourced from Vendor, the parties will document their mutual understandings in an SOW, which will provide the business process-specific details of such Services in addition to the more general ones provided herein. Vendor personnel will be billable to Prudential on a Full Time Equivalent (“FTE”) basis.
GENERAL PROGRAM OVERVIEW. The Contractor shall provide local hospital services in an acute psychiatric hospital or a distinct acute psychiatric part of a general acute care hospital that is approved by State Department of Health Services (DHS) to provide psychiatric services. The facility shall be a secure facility, and shall meet California Code of Regulations (CCR) Title 9 staffing standards for PHF services. The facility shall be licensed as a PHF and shall provide a twenty-four hour psychiatric treatment program. The Contractor shall provide 24-hour PHF service with comprehensive interventions designed to provide maximum reduction of mental disability and restoration or functioning consistent with the requirements of learning, development, independent living and enhanced self-sufficiency. The program has proven to be a successful and less costly alternative to traditional acute in-patient psychiatric hospitalization or state hospital care, and allows for ease of transition to the less restrictive on-site Community Treatment Facility, and then to placement in small group homes, family re-unification or independent living. The Contractor may remain a for profit provider and shall operate a PHF program in compliance with all laws and regulations governing PHF especially those contained in California Code of Regulations Title 22, Division 6 (Community Care Facilities).

  • Project Implementation Manual The Recipient, through the PCU, shall: (i) take all action required to carry out Parts 1.1, 1.3, 1.4, 2, 3.1(b), 3.2, 3.3 and 4 (ii) of the Project in accordance with the provisions and requirements set forth or referred to in the Project Implementation Manual; (ii) submit recommendations to the Association for its consideration for changes and updates of the Project Implementation Manual as they may become necessary or advisable during Project implementation in order to achieve the objective of Parts 1.1, 1.3, 1.4, 2, 3.1(b), 3.2, 3.3 and 4(ii) of the Project; and (iii) not assign, amend, abrogate or waive the Project Implementation Manual or any of its provisions without the Association’s prior agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if any of the provisions of the Project Implementation Manual is inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail and govern.

  • First Source Hiring Program Contractor must comply with all of the provisions of the First Source Hiring Program, Chapter 83 of the San Francisco Administrative Code, that apply to this Agreement, and Contractor is subject to the enforcement and penalty provisions in Chapter 83.

  • PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATIONAL IMPROVEMENT A. Tuition costs incurred by administrator shall be reimbursed by the Board of Education under the following terms and conditions: 1. Tuition costs eligible for reimbursement must be for courses in the field of education. In addition, courses not in the field of education but closely related may be approved for reimbursement at the sole discretion of the Superintendent or his/her designee in advance of enrollment. Reimbursement will not be made until satisfactory evidence of having received a passing grade is presented. 2. Reimbursement for actual tuition costs incurred by a member shall be limited to a maximum reimbursement of the average tuition cost for twelve (12) graduate/Doctoral level credits at the following four (4) state universities: Rutgers, Rowan, College of New Jersey, and Montclair computed annually. Masters’ degree maximum will be limited to the average Masters’ level cost and Doctorate degree maximum will be limited to the average Doctoral level cost. 3. The date on which a course is completed will determine the contract year in which the credits will be applicable for reimbursement. 4. Non-tenured members shall be eligible for reimbursement at the level set forth in Subsection 2 above, for tuition costs incurred for graduate credits earned during a period after the award of a first-year contract, but prior to the commencement of work under a tenured contract; provided however, such reimbursement shall not be payable to such member unless and until said member has commenced work under a tenure contract. 5. Upon satisfactory compliance by the member with all of the terms and conditions set forth in the preceding subsections, such member shall be paid his/her reimbursement entitlement on either October 2 for the prior Spring and Summer course work taken, or April 1 for the prior Fall course work provided that the member is still in the employ of the Board on such date. Such payment shall be further conditioned on said member remaining in the employ of the Board for the remainder of the current school year. In the event that such member shall leave the employ of the Board prior to the expiration of the school year in which such reimbursement entitlement has been paid, such member shall be obligated to refund to the Board the entire reimbursement paid to him/her during such school year, and for such purpose, the Board shall be empowered to deduct said sum from such member’s salary payments. 6. No member shall be eligible for tuition reimbursement in connection with tuition costs incurred that are paid by the Veteran’s Administration or any other outside agency. 7. Upon earning tenure in the district as an administrator, the Board of Education shall reimburse the administrator costs associated with their participation in the New Jersey State Mentoring and Assessment Program. Participation in the Mentoring and Assessment Program must have occurred entirely during the time of employment in the Washington Township Public School District.
