Graduation Standards. The School will comply with the requirements of the Minnesota Graduation Standards, as defined by Minnesota Statutes §§120B.02; 120B.024; and Minnesota Rules parts 3501.0010 – 3510.0280 and will document the levels of student performance in terms of students meeting those graduation standards.

Graduation Standards. If applicable, the School will comply with the requirements as defined by Minnesota Statute and the School will document the levels of student performance on the state assessments developed and administered by the Department.
Graduation Standards. In order to receive a diploma or degree, the STUDENT must earn the appropriate number of credits, achieve a passing grade (minimum 2.0) in all required courses, meet attendance standards and pay all debts owed to the school. See the School Catalog for details about transfer credits. Standards of Conduct Students must abide by the school’s Standards of Conduct, including the school’s smoking policy, alcohol & drug policy, and safety rules. These policies will be covered by the instructor on the first day of class. See the School Policy section of the School Catalog for details.   • Reformulation Standards A “reformulated” product (a) contains lead in concentrations that do not exceed 90 parts per million, equivalent to 0.009%, in any exterior parts analyzed pursuant to U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) methodologies 3050B and 6010B, or (b) yields a result of no more than 1.0 micrograms of lead when sampled according to NIOSH 9100 protocol and analyzed according to EPA 6010B. In addition to the above tests, the Settling Entity may use equivalent methods utilized by any California or federal agency to determine lead content in a solid substance or the amount of the bioavailability of the toxicant through a wipe test, respectively.

  • REPORT STANDARDS Reports or written material prepared by the Contractor in response to the requirements of this Contract or request of the Project Officer shall, unless otherwise provided for in the Contract, meet standards of professional writing established for the type of report or written material provided, shall be thoroughly researched for accuracy of content, shall be grammatically correct and not contain spelling errors, shall be submitted in a format approved in advance by the Project Officer, and shall be submitted for advance review and comment by the Project Officer. The cost of correcting grammatical errors, correcting report data, or other revisions required to bring the report or written material into compliance with these requirements shall be borne by the Contractor. When submitting documents to APS, The Contractor shall comply with the following guidelines: All submittals and copies shall be printed on at least thirty percent (30%) recycled-content and/or tree-free paper; All submittals must be in the required tabular format in a binder. Report covers / binders shall be recyclable, made from recycled materials, and/or easily removable to allow for recycling of report pages (reports with glued bindings that meet all other requirements are acceptable); The use of plastic covers or dividers should be avoided; and Unnecessary attachments or documents not specifically asked for should not be submitted, and superfluous use of paper should be avoided.
