Grievance/Dispute Procedure. 1.2.1 The parties to this procedure undertake that when a matter is in dispute, or a matter which may arises from the implementation of the National Employment Standards which is likely to cause a dispute for any reason whatsoever (other than matters for which separate procedures are set down in this agreement), the following procedures shall be followed.

Grievance/Dispute Procedure i) The objectives of the Grievance Procedure are to: promote the resolution of disputes by measures based on consultation, cooperation and discussion; reduce the level of industrial confrontation; and avoid interruption to the performance of work and the consequential loss of production and wages. Any employee may raise a grievance regarding any aspect of their employment by way of this clause so that all grievances are resolved as quickly as possible and cooperatively to the satisfaction of all concerned.
Grievance/Dispute Procedure. The following Grievance Procedure has been introduced to provide for the early resolution of local industrial disputes and grievances.
