CONSULTATIVE PROCEDURES. The parties recognise the importance of monitoring the effect of this agreement and will consult with each other on its operation as necessary. The unions and the Employer will consult each other about matter involving changes to the organisation of work.
CONSULTATIVE PROCEDURES. 3.1.1 The parties agree that employees will be consulted on relevant employment matters in a manner which ensures that all employees are given the opportunity for direct input and consultation. Consultative procedures adopted will be appropriate for the particular matter at the time.

The parties recognise that there are advantages in involving site delegates in the site consultative procedures. The development of effective participative/consultative practices is important in the process of change and will lead to advantages for both the company and employees. It is therefore agreed that participative/consultative arrangements will be applied at Snow Confectionery Pty Ltd. Provision will also be made for the delegates to hold paid meetings on company premises during working hours. The meeting will be convened on an “as needs” basis with a minimum of 7 days notice. The meeting will be in two parts, with the second part of the meeting attended by management representatives.
CONSULTATIVE PROCEDURES. The parties recognise that changes in the workplace will be ongoing to ensure the company meets its business, customer, employees and shareholders’ needs. The changes may take the form of re-organisation of the workplace, job design/redesign and the introduction of new technology. (Where change is to occur, the consultative procedures outlined will be applied).

It is therefore agreed that participative/consultative arrangements will be applied at Xxxxxxx Xxx Chocolates as follows: Provision will be made for the delegates committee to hold monthly paid meetings on Company premises during working hours. The monthly meeting will be in two parts, with the second part of the meeting attended by management representatives. Officials of the Union are invited to attend committee meetings.
