GUIDE TO STUDENT HOUSING AND DINING SERVICES. The Guide to Student Housing and Dining Services, incorporated herein by reference, includes information about living in the Family and Graduate Housing Apartments and outlines specific policies residents must comply with. XXXXXX’s and their occupants shall review the information and policies contained in the Guide to Student Housing and Dining Services prior to move in. A violation of the Guide to Student Housing and Dining Services may be considered a breach of the Lease Agreement. XXXXXX understands that changes and additions to the Guide to Student Housing and Dining Services can be made up until the Lease Agreement start date. If changes are made prior to the Lease Agreement start date, LESSEE will be provided a link to the updated version before the Lease Agreement start date. The following behaviors should be noted: a. No alcohol is permitted in public areas (i.e. grounds, laundry rooms, parking lots). b. Unlawful use or possession of controlled substances. Use or possession of illegal drugs in violation of University policy. c. Smoking, including the use of smokeless tobacco and unregulated nicotine products, in any building or within 25 feet of designated areas. Smoking is prohibited on all University property. d. Possession of any explosive or hazardous material. It is a misdemeanor to possess, store, or use fireworks on University property or in Yolo/Xxxxxx County. e. Possession or use of weapons. f. Tampering with fire protection equipment or fire alarm apparatus. g. Unauthorized possession of a pet or animal. h. Residents are responsible for their guest’s behavior.

GUIDE TO STUDENT HOUSING AND DINING SERVICES. Each Student has online access to the handbook, the Guide to Student Housing and Dining Services, upon checking into The Green Apartments, which is incorporated herein by reference. It is imperative that this handbook is read carefully so residents are fully aware of what is expected of them. The handbook provides valuable information about programs and services in The Green Apartments, procedures applicable to occupancy, Student Housing and Dining Services and The Green Apartments rules and policies, and campus policies and regulations. Residents are responsible for being familiar with the information contained in this handbook. A. Residents must comply with all policies and understand that a violation of Student Housing and Dining Services policy may be a breach of the Contract. In particular, the following prohibited behaviors should be noted: i. Underage use or possession of alcohol. Providing alcohol to minors. ii. Unlawful use or possession of controlled substances. Use or possession of illegal drugs in violation of University policy. iii. Smoking, including the use of smokeless tobacco and unregulated nicotine products, is prohibited on all University property. iv. Possession of any explosive or hazardous material. v. Possession or use of weapons or firearms. vi. Unauthorized presence on sunscreens, roofs, or other restricted areas. vii. Unauthorized entry to or exit from a building via window or balcony. viii. Tampering with fire protection equipment or fire alarm apparatus. ix. Solicitation of any kind in or around apartments, residence halls, and dining facilities. Sampl x. Unauthorized possession of a pet or animal for any period of time. Authorized animals include service animals, approved support animals, and fish kept in an aquarium/tank no larger than 10 gallons. xi. Removal of furniture from the apartment. B. Student understands that changes and additions to the Guide to Student Housing and Dining Services can be made up until move in weekend. Students will be provided a link to the updated version on or before move in day.

  • Dining Services The Contract is for a space in a University Housing & Dining Services (“UHDS”) facility and not for a particular room or type of housing. By signing this Contract, you agree to accept your residence assignment, and understand this assignment may change. Once you receive a key to your assigned residence or move personal belongings into your room (whichever comes first) you are considered to have taken occupancy (“Occupancy”) and will incur charges. You also agree to familiarize yourself and comply with all University policies governing occupancy, including those set forth in this Contract and in the UHDS publication Student Policy and Information Guide, to be considerate of other residents and to respect the rights of others at all times.   • Hospice Services Services are available for a Member whose Attending Physician has determined the Member's illness will result in a remaining life span of six months or less.

  • Money Market Fund Compliance Testing and Reporting Services Subject to the authorization and direction of the Trust and, in each case where appropriate, the review and comment by the Trust’s independent accountants and legal counsel, and in accordance with procedures that may be established from time to time between the Trust and the Administrator, the Administrator will:

  • Related Services Licensee shall be responsible for obtaining and installing all proper hardware and support software (including operating systems) and for proper installation and implementation of and training concerning the Licensed Software. In the event that Licensee retains Licensor to perform any services with respect to the Licensed Software (for example: installation, implementation, maintenance, consulting and/or training services), Licensee and Licensor agree that such services shall be subject to Licensor’s then current standard terms, conditions and rates for such services unless otherwise agreed in writing by Licensor.

  • TRAINING AND RELATED MATTERS The parties recognise that in order to increase the efficiency and productivity of the company a significant commitment to structured training and skill development is required. Accordingly the parties commit themselves to: a) The parties to this Agreement recognise the importance of the apprenticeship system to the construction industry. It is agreed that every employer party to this Agreement who employs five (5) or more tradespersons in any one classification shall undertake to employ at least one (1) apprentice or make arrangements to host an apprentice from an agreed group apprenticeship scheme. Where an employer does not currently have an apprentice as per this provision, reasonable time shall be allowed to enable the employer to comply with this clause. Further, the parties are committed to a strong ratio of apprentices in the industry. Apprenticeship levels on a specific project may be discussed at the Project Pre-Commencement Conference (refer Clause 16). b) Providing employees with the opportunity to acquire additional skills within relevant career path structures through appropriate structured training based on nationally endorsed (i.e. Construction Training Australia endorsed) competency standards and curriculum; c) Actively encouraging employees to seek formal recognition of their skills (i.e. recognition of prior learning); and d) Using training providers accredited and acceptable to the parties. The CFMEU, MBAV and other employer associations are legitimately engaged in providing training to industry and it is hereby agreed that all parties will properly recognise and accept the validity of nationally accredited training as provided by the other parties. e) The parties will consult on the development of training programs which are consistent with the following: • Training provided will be consistent with the company’s business requirements, relevant to the work of the employees, consistent with the skills development of each employee and with applicable national competency standards. • Training may be taken either on or off the job with all reasonable steps being taken to conduct training in normal working hours. • If an approved training activity is undertaken during ordinary working hours, the employee/s concerned shall not suffer any loss of pay. • Approved training activities undertaken outside of ordinary hours will be paid at single time or will, at the employee’s option, be taken as time off in lieu of payment. Provided that the scheduling of time off must be consistent with the needs of the business and be by agreement with the company. • Training costs of courses approved by the company will be met by the company. • The company will not be asked to meet the costs of training undertaken by employees which was not approved by the company. • Leave of absence granted pursuant to this clause shall count as service for all purposes of the award and this agreement. • Accredited members of the union will be allowed up to 5 days per year, without loss of pay, to attend trade union educational courses conducted or approved by the union. (see appendix H) f) The parties to this Agreement recognise the importance of the role that Apprentices/Trainees fulfill within the industry and, more importantly, a role that they will fulfill as trades persons following the conclusion of the indentures. To this end the Victorian Building Industry Consultative Committee will investigate ways of enhancing employment prospects for Apprentice/Trainees. In addition it is agreed that, where appropriate, employers will use their best endeavours to employ Apprentices/Trainees in order to ensure appropriate trade persons levels for the future.

  • Hosting Services 13.1 If Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract Hosts Customer Data in connection with an Acquisition, the provisions of Appendix 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein, apply to such Acquisition. 13.2 If the Hosting of Customer Data by Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract contributes to or directly causes a Data Breach, Supplier shall be responsible for the obligations set forth in Appendix 1 related to breach reporting requirements and associated costs. Likewise if such Hosting contributes to or directly causes a Security Incident, Supplier shall be responsible for the obligations set forth in Appendix 1, as applicable. 14 Change Management

  • Training and Professional Development 11.1 The Employer will develop and maintain an employee training and development plan and provide such plan to the Union upon request. Staff training is intended to provide an opportunity for classified staff employees for training sponsored by the University Training and Development and the UW Medical Centers Organizational Development and Training. Education/Professional Leave is intended to facilitate employee access to continuing education opportunities. Training and educational/professional leave may be used for the purpose of improving job performance, maintaining and increasing proficiency, preparing staff for greater responsibility, or increasing promotional opportunities within the framework of staff positions available at the University. 11.2 Any release time for training for employees accepted for such classes shall be in accordance with the Executive Order (currently No. 52) governing this matter. In the event that two or more employees request the same training period and supervision must limit the number of persons who may participate at one time due to work requirements, the selection will be made on a mutually agreeable basis within the department. 11.3 The training program is a proper subject for discussion by either departmental or University-wide Joint Union/Management Committees. 11.4 If the Employer requires an employee to receive training, reimbursement will be provided in accordance with the University travel rules. Employee attendance at Employer required training, either during or outside working hours, will be considered time worked and compensated in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. 11.5 Employee attendance at training not required by the Employer and not covered by Executive Order 52, either on approved leave from or outside of working hours, will be voluntary and not considered time worked.

  • Secondary Systems The Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner shall each cooperate with the other in the inspection, maintenance, and testing of control or power circuits that operate below 600 volts, AC or DC, including, but not limited to, any hardware, control or protective devices, cables, conductors, electric raceways, secondary equipment panels, transducers, batteries, chargers, and voltage and current transformers that directly affect the operation of Developer or Connecting Transmission Owner’s facilities and equipment which may reasonably be expected to impact the other Party. The Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner shall each provide advance notice to the other Party, and to NYISO, before undertaking any work on such circuits, especially on electrical circuits involving circuit breaker trip and close contacts, current transformers, or potential transformers.

  • Procurement Planning Prior to the issuance of any invitations to bid for contracts, the proposed procurement plan for the Project shall be furnished to the Association for its review and approval, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines. Procurement of all goods and works shall be undertaken in accordance with such procurement plan as shall have been approved by the Association, and with the provisions of said paragraph 1.

  • Information Technology Enterprise Architecture Requirements If this Contract involves information technology-related products or services, the Contractor agrees that all such products or services are compatible with any of the technology standards found at xxxxx://xxx.xx.xxx/iot/2394.htm that are applicable, including the assistive technology standard. The State may terminate this Contract for default if the terms of this paragraph are breached.
