Prohibited Behaviors. Tenants violating the above policies will be called before the Disciplinary Committee and may be asked to vacate the Dormitories. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited: 7.1. Throwing garbage anywhere other than in the garbage bins. 7.2. Moving or transferring furniture or any other equipment in the room or apartment without the explicit permission of the Housemother. 7.3. Changing or adding locks to bedrooms or apartments. In case of such change or addition, the lock(s) shall be removed by the Dormitories management and the Tenant shall bear any and all expenses entailed therewith. 7.4. Repairing any broken equipment, electricity, water, or any sort of maintenance problem, regardless of any past experience. Please report such problems to the Dormitories office immediately. 7.5. Damaging any equipment, furniture of any part of the Dormitories. All tenants of an apartment will be held responsible for any damage to and within the apartment, unless the responsible party comes forward. 7.6. Bringing furniture or household equipment to the Dormitories without the explicit, advance and written permission of the Housemother 7.7. The use of nails, glue or tape to attach items to the walls. 7.8. Keeping a pet or animal of any sort. A disabled Tenant who requires a vehicle or a blind Tenant who is assisted by a guide dog shall receive special permission from the Housemother with parking instructions for the vehicle or the holding place and care for the dog. 7.9. Feeding cats in the residence area, but rather only in the designated feeding areas. 7.10. Participating or dealing in any manner in criminal or prohibited activity within the area of the Dormitories. 7.11. The possession of firearms and/or flammable materials, such as: gasoline, oil, etc. 7.12. The possession, use, distribution or sale of alcohol, drugs, or other forbidden substances. Such activities will be immediately reported to the police. 7.13. Games of chance and gambling, card games, other games for money. 7.14. Sharing your Dormitories ID card with another individual is forbidden. 7.15. According to the law, it is forbidden to smoke in all the rooms in the Dormitories. Prohibited Behaviors. 01 The following behaviors are prohibited for all workers. This list is not meant to be all-inclusive, but is intended to provide guidance as to what may constitute prohibited behavior. • Threatening or inflicting physical injury upon a child or youth, other than by accidental means. • Committing any sexual offense against a child or youth, or engaging in any sexual contact with a child or youth. • Making any kind of sexual advance, or making a request for sexual favors, or engaging in other verbal, visual or physical conduct of a sexual nature. • The presence or possession of obscene or pornographic materials at any function of Crestwood Baptist Church. • The presence, possession, distribution or being under the influence of any illegal or illicit drugs or alcohol while serving in a supervisory capacity for any function of Crestwood Baptist Church. • The taking, storing or electronically transmitting of any inappropriate pictures with any electronic device or camera. • Electronically transmitting or posting of any pictures of minors without parental consent.

Prohibited Behaviors. No employee shall be under the influence of any substance, which impairs safe and productive performance while on company business or on company premises. Premises includes work site, company owned or rented vehicles, offices, grounds and parking lots. Sale, offer for sale, and/or distribution of alcohol, legal (prescription) drugs and possession of illegal drugs are prohibited on Company premises. Unauthorized consumption of alcohol on company premises is prohibited Each employee is responsible for managing his/her own behavior in compliance with this policy. Employees should be aware of this policy and how to utilize the applicable provisions of the Healthcare Plan. Employees who are taking medication, which contain a cautionary label regarding the use of machinery or operation of vehicles should notify their supervisor before commencing work. If an employee’s performance or safety is impaired by such medication the employee may be re-assigned, or sent home if a suitable re-assignment is not available. An employee who is sent home under these conditions will be eligible for Sickness and Accident (S&A) benefits. It is the employee’s responsibility to request from his/her physician an alternative medication that would not have any potential for impairment. The Human Resources Department is responsible for administering this policy in an equitable and consistent manner, and for maintaining the confidentiality of information on alcohol and drug use. Managers and supervisors will receive specific training in issues of drug and alcohol use, and in the equitable and consistent application of this policy. Assistance for alcohol and drug problems is voluntary. A request for help may, however, come directly as a confidential request from the employee or as the result of a recommendation from someone else such as a family member or supervisor. Any employee seeking help for alcohol and drug use is assured that the matter will be kept confidential. In the case of a supervisor’s referral, confidentiality means that only those who need to know will be aware of participation or further treatment. Any employee requesting treatment assistance and who participates in a recommended alcohol and drug treatment program will be eligible for health care benefits as established under the current and applicable health care plan. Before, during, or after an MYSA sponsored or sanctioned activity, a player, coach, referee, club official or administrator, MYSA official or administrator, or spectator, shall not: 1. engage in violent behavior. 2. engage in taunting or showboating. 3. vandalize public or private property.
Prohibited Behaviors. The Participant agrees not to use the Retreat for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited under this article. The Organizer shall have the right to ask any Participant to leave the Retreat at any time if they are disruptive or violating any provision of this agreement.

  • Prohibited Items Only refrigeration appliances supplied with the Room are to be used. No other refrigeration items are to be brought into the Room. In order for appliances to be used in the Residence, they must bear a visible serial number and a CSA or UL identification tag. Irons, toaster ovens, coffee makers, electric kettles protected by automatic “shut off” may be used. Appliances found in rooms that do not bear a CSA or UL identification tag will be removed by the Manager at the Resident’s expense, without liability to the Manager for spoilage or damage to the appliance removed. The following are prohibited: open coil hot plates, deep fryers, indoor barbecues, fondues and the like; pets; candles, incense, lava lamps, halogen lamps, large musical instruments or noise producing devices such as subwoofers and PA systems, illegal substances, alcohol and illegal drug paraphernalia, single serving glass alcohol containers (i.e. beer bottles, coolers, etc.), novelty glass liquor bottles, and large common source containers (i.e. kegs, 60oz containers); weapons, replica weapons, or any device that is designed for (or could be used for) the purpose to intimidate, threaten, harm, or kill.

  • PROHIBITED TERMS Any term included in this Contract that requires the State to indemnify or hold Contractor harmless; requires the State to agree to binding arbitration; limits Contractor’s liability for damages resulting from death, bodily injury, or damage to tangible property; or that conflicts with this provision in any way shall be void ab initio.
