Guild Access to Files. When reasonably necessary to administer this Agreement or to process a grievance, and upon presentation of an employee's signed access authorization to the Organization, the Organization will make available for review and furnish copies to the Guild representative all, or designated, materials in an individual employee's personnel file.

Guild Access to Files. ‌ When reasonably necessary to administer this Agreement or to process a grievance and upon presentation of a current or former (if permitted under state law) employee's signed access authorization to the Organization, the Organization will make available for review and furnish copies to the Guild representative all, or designated, materials in an individual employee's personnel file within ten (10) business days from the date of request, unless an extension is requested based on administrative capacity and operating obligations and upon agreement of both parties. Absent an employee’s authorization and only in extenuating circumstances that would lead to such a request, the Guild representative shall be provided with personnel file materials relevant to administering the Agreement or to processing a grievance, subject to any limitations imposed by law, within ten (10) business days from the date of request, unless an extension is requested based on administrative capacity and operating obligations and upon agreement of both parties.
Guild Access to Files. Upon request, a Guild representative shall be provided with personnel file materials relevant to administering the Agreement or to processing a grievance. Where concerns regarding protecting confidential and/or personal information arise in a given situation, Rewire News Group and the Guild will confer in good faith to try to reach a mutually satisfactory agreement regarding appropriate measures to balance employee privacy concerns and collective bargaining and representation needs, which may include, for example, appropriate redactions, a confidentiality/nondisclosure agreement, an employee consent/release form for release of medical records and/or personal health information, or similar protective stipulations limiting use and dissemination of individually identifiable personal information. This section is not intended, and will not be applied, to limit the Guild’s rights under applicable law as the recognized collective bargaining representative for the Bargaining Unit covered by this Agreement.

  • Access to Files 12.01 A copy of any completed evaluation which is to be placed in a nurse's file shall be first reviewed with the nurse. The nurse shall initial such evaluation as having been read and shall have the opportunity to add views to such evaluation prior to it being placed in a file. Each nurse shall have reasonable access to the file for the purposes of reviewing any evaluations or formal disciplinary notations contained therein in the presence of the supervisor. A copy of the evaluation will be provided to the nurse at the nurse's request.

  • LETTERS OF REPRIMAND AND ACCESS TO FILES 9.01 Any letter of reprimand or suspension will be removed from the record of an employee eighteen (18) months following the receipt by the employee of such letter or suspension provided that the employee’s record has been discipline free for such eighteen (18) month period. Leaves of absence in excess of thirty (30) calendar days will not count towards the eighteen (18) month period.

  • AUDIT AND ACCESS TO RECORDS The State reserves the right to conduct a programmatic and financial audit of the project, and the State may withhold payment until the audit is satisfactorily completed. The Grantee will be required to maintain all pertinent records and evidence pertaining to this Agreement, including grant and any required matching funds, in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and other procedures specified by the State. The State or any of its duly authorized representatives must have access, upon reasonable notice, to such books, records, documents, and other evidence for the purpose of inspection, audit, and copying. The Grantee will provide proper facilities for such access and inspection. All records must be maintained for a minimum of five years after the final payment has been issued to the Grantee by the State.

  • RETENTION AND ACCESS REQUIREMENTS FOR RECORDS ADOF shall retain all records pertinent to this agreement for a period of no less than 3 years from the expiration or termination date. As used in this provision, records includes books, documents, accounting procedures and practice, and other data, regardless of the type or format. ADOF shall provide access and the right to examine all records related to this agreement to the U.S. Forest Service Inspector General, or Comptroller General or their authorized representative. The rights of access in this section must not be limited to the required retention period but must last as long as the records are kept. If any litigation, claim, negotiation, audit, or other action involving the records has been started before the end of the 3-year period, the records must be kept until all issues are resolved, or until the end of the regular 3-year period, whichever is later. Records for nonexpendable property acquired in whole or in part, with Federal funds must be retained for 3 years after its final disposition.

  • TEACHER FILES Section A: Teacher Files Paragraph 1: All material obtained during the period of employment and placed in the teacher’s file shall be available for inspection by the teacher at mutually agreeable times and in the presence of a person authorized to show the files. The teacher may obtain, upon request, a copy of such material. The teacher’s official file in Human Resources is a confidential file with limited access. Access will be provided only to the teacher, his/her supervisor, and others with a demonstrated need to view the file as determined by the Chief Human Resources Officer or designee.   • Access to Site 3.05.1 Contractor may enter and leave the premises at all reasonable times without charge. Contractor and its employees may use the common areas and roadways of the premises where it is to perform the services together with all facilities, equipment, improvements, and services provided in connection with the premises for common use. This excludes parking for Contractor’s personnel. Contractor shall repair any damage caused by it or its employees as a result of its use of the common areas.

  • Control and Access to Information The Financial Mechanism Committee, the EFTA Board of Auditors and their representatives have the right to carry out any technical or financial mission or review they consider necessary to follow the planning, implementation and monitoring of programmes and projects as well as the use of funds. The Beneficiary State shall provide all necessary assistance, information and documentation.
