Guild Grievances. Grievances brought on behalf of the entire bargaining unit or the Guild may be brought initially at step 2 of the grievance procedure by forwarding a written copy of the grievance and a request for a grievance meeting to the CHRO or designee office within twenty (20) business days from the date that the Guild knew or should have known of the event giving rise to the grievance. The grievance shall state in full the exact nature of the complaint, the specific provision(s) of the contract alleged to have been violated, and the specific nature of the relief sought. In the event of such a grievance, the Guild shall be bound by the additional timelines and requirements set forth in step 2 and step 3.
