Individual Grievances. Subject to and as provided in section 208 of the Federal Public Sector Labour Relations Act, an employee who feels that he or she has been treated unjustly or considers himself, herself aggrieved by any action or lack of action by the Employer in matters other than those arising from the classification process, is entitled to present a grievance, as in paragraph (b).
Individual Grievances. 1. Any members of the unit may at any time present grievances to the employer and have such grievances adjusted without the intervention of the exclusive representative as long as the adjustment is reached prior to Level IV and the adjustment is not inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement, provided that the employer shall not agree to a resolution of the grievance until the exclusive representative has received a copy of the grievance and the proposed resolution, and has been given the opportunity to file a response.
Individual Grievances. Nothing contained herein shall be construed to prevent any individual employee from presenting a grievance and having the grievance adjusted without intervention of the Association if the adjustment is not inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement, provided that the Association representative has been given an opportunity to be present at such adjustment meeting.
Individual Grievances. (a) A Technician may file a grievance through the Crew Representative, in writing, concerning any complaint they have about the Producer's interpretation, application or alleged violation of this Agreement, or their Deal Memorandum as it affects them on the production.
Individual Grievances. Before filing a formal written grievance, the grievant shall make a reasonable attempt to resolve it by means of an informal conference with grievant's immediate administrator. Either the grievant or immediate administrator may have a witness present at said informal conference providing 24 hours advance notice is given to the other party.

Individual Grievances. A grievance, whether initiated by an individual or by the Union, that is confined in scope to a particular Employee.

Individual certificated personnel having a complaint shall take care of that complaint through proper administrative channels.
