Workplace Transparency. The Employer shall maintain an organizational chart, in electronic form, updated quarterly, in which bargaining unit employees can view the workflow chain of command in each vertical.

The Company shall maintain its organizational chart, in electronic form, updated promptly to reflect individual changes, in which bargaining unit employees can view the reporting structure in each vertical (e.g., clicking on a managerial employee's name on the chart shall indicate who reports to that manager). Bargaining unit employees shall continue to have quarterly evaluation meetings with their direct manager, following which the employee shall have access to a written assessment of their performance. It is the expectation that one of the four quarterly meetings in each calendar year shall be attended by a non-bargaining unit managerial representative, unless the bargaining unit employee declines having the representative present. Should a non-bargaining unit managerial representative not attend one of the four quarterly meetings, the bargaining unit employee should notify either their direct manager or People & Culture, so that an additional meeting that includes a non-bargaining unit managerial representative can be scheduled. The written assessment shall include performance goals and ongoing expectations. Bargaining unit employees may submit written responses to the written assessment within two (2) weeks of receiving the assessment, which will become part of their employee file. Bargaining unit employees shall have the opportunity to meet with their direct manager within thirty (30) days of submitting written responses to discuss those responses. Additionally, bargaining unit employees may at any time request to speak with their direct managers to discuss promotion and growth, both inside their verticals and at Vox Media generally, compensation and performance. Direct managers shall respond in good faith to such requests.
C. All bargaining unit employees shall be provided with a job description for their role after making such a request.

B. The Union shall be notified by the Company of any changes in managerial command structure at NowThis and any relevant changes in managerial command structure at the Company that impact NowThis bargaining unit employees.
C. The Company shall notify bargaining unit employees about new hires and promotions. The Company shall notify bargaining unit employees about separations from employment that have occurred at NowThis within their specific team or vertical, or when the separation is relevant to their employment, workload or workflow; however, notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company shall always notify bargaining unit employees when managers, supervisors or team leads leave NowThis.
D. The Company shall make reasonable efforts to disclose to the Union in a timely manner all new NowThis financial partnerships, including with third-party platforms and sponsors, that will impact Employee workflow or workload.
E. Upon request, an Employee is entitled to review their employment records, including their personnel file.
F. The NowThis Publisher shall attend the NowThis Labor-Management Committee meetings at least twice per year.

Should an employee wish to complete such a review, they will request the form from the Union, and return it to the Union, which will then forward the form to a designated Company representative.
