Periods of Occupancy. Housing and Dining License Agreements may be entered into for one semester or for two semesters. There are 150 total spaces available for students in the CR Residence Halls. Of these 150 spaces, 120 residents may be required to have Full- year contracts. The remaining 30 contracts may be either Fall-only, Spring-only, or Full-year contracts. The Fall-only option will be granted to the first 30 people who ask to be considered for this alternative. Periods of Occupancy. Resident may not check into their assigned Apartment prior to the Move-In Date. Resident must check out of their Apartment with an authorized HRL representative on or before the Expiration Date. Failing to vacate on or before the Expiration Date will result in a daily penalty charge.
Periods of Occupancy. Each resident must check out of the residence hall with an authorized staff member on the last day of the contract period or within twenty-four hours of their last final examination, whichever comes first. The residence halls close at 9 a.m. the day following the last exams for any academic term. Dates of occupancy may vary to accommodate changes in the academic calendar of the university.

Periods of Occupancy. Room charges cover only those periods of time the academic calendar requires the student to be present on campus. Each resident must leave the residential facility no later than 24 hours after her/his last examination, or no later than the announced date closing time, whichever comes first. At all other times, the residential facilities will be closed. Students who leave the campus during a University recess (Fall Break, Winter Break or Spring Break) may leave their belongings, at their own risk, in their assigned space. The University reserves the right, with advance notice, to use student rooms during these periods if necessary. Residents assigned to an apartment style building may continue occupancy during academic recess periods occurring during the license agreement period. They must, however, vacate their assignment at the end of the licensed period unless they are continuing in the same assignment with an additional license agreement.
