  • Holiday Falling on a Scheduled Workday‌ An employee who works on a designated holiday which is a scheduled workday shall be compensated at the appropriate overtime rates as outlined in Clause 15.5, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday.

  • Shift and Weekend Premium (a) Effective July 1, 2019, an employee shall be paid a shift premium of ninety cents (90¢) per hour for each hour worked between the hours of 1500 hours and 0700 hours. Effective July 1, 2020, an employee shall be paid a shift premium of ninety-five cents (95¢) per hour for each hour worked between the hours of hours of 1500 hours and 0700 hours.

  • Break Periods ‌ There will be no rest periods, organized coffee breaks or other non-working time established during working hours. Individual coffee containers will be permitted at the employee’s work location. Where 4/10s are being worked there shall be a morning and an afternoon coffee break.
