Raising Concerns. (a) Where an Employee believes they are not able to disconnect, including where they are being contacted in circumstances other than those in subclause 47A.2, they should raise this with the Employer. Raising Concerns. 6.1 It was agreed that Schools shall ensure that there is a clear escalation route available to staff covered in this agreement should they have any queries or concerns about the work they are asked to do, the time allocated, the payment rate, CPD and any other aspects of this agreement. The employer agrees that each School ensures that staff are clear to whom they raise such queries, with the initial stage expected to be informal discussion with the line manager. The Joint Panel will be supplied with details about these escalation routes.

All such interest must be declared to the Supervisor, in writing, either on commencement of the Secondment or upon acquisition of the interest. The Secondee must declare any role with NHS England that involves the oversight of a training placement in which they have any such commercial or other interest.. The restriction applies to the Secondee in a personal or professional capacity and also to any organisation in which the Secondee holds a controlling or significant financial interest (e.g. private company, partnership).
