HIRING PERIOD. 3.1. The Hiring Period for each Container leased to the Lessee shall commence on the Commencement Date (as per the Schedule of Supply) or the date on which the Container leaves the SCF Group depot, whichever is earlier. The duration of the Hiring Period is for the period specified in the relevant Schedule of Supply.
3.2. Providing the Lessee has duly observed and performed all of its obligations under this Agreement and upon giving SCF Group notice prior to the expiration of the Hiring Period, the Lessee may extend the Hiring Period for all or some of the Containers on the same terms and conditions in this Agreement.
3.3. If the Lessee fails to exercise its rights to extend the Hiring Period and if SCF Group agrees, the Containers will continue to be leased under the terms and conditions of this Agreement in accordance with clause 3.4 until either party gives one month’s notice in writing of its intention to either amend or cease this Agreement.
3.4. At the expiration of the Hiring Period initially specified in the Schedule of Supply, the Lessee may, if SCF Group agrees, continue to lease the Containers on a daily basis and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. In these circumstances, SCF Group reserves the right to amend the Rental Charges or other terms and conditions listed on the Schedule of Supply by providing seven days’ prior written notice to the Lessee.
HIRING PERIOD. The hiring period is that which is stated in the document named ‘Hire Agreement’ which is annexed hereto. The hiring period may be extended for an additional period upon such terms as are agreed between the parties. The extended hire period is that which goes beyond the last date stated in the original Hire Agreement. If, in the absence of an agreement, the Equipment continues to be provided by The Owner/TAR FORKLIFTS beyond the hiring period, the same terms and conditions shall apply unless modified by The Owner/XXXX FORKLIFTS or an amended agreement is agreed to between the parties and documented in writing. Where the Equipment continues to be provided beyond the original hiring period and no written agreement for extension exists, either party may terminate the arrangement with 30 days written notice. The Owner/XXXX FORKLIFTS reserves the right to terminate an additional hiring period at its sole discretion with the giving of five (5) days’ notice.
HIRING PERIOD. The Hiring Period shall be the period:
1. commencing on the earlier of: a the date specified in the Application for Hire; and
HIRING PERIOD. All hire periods commence from the time Equipment leaves the Company’s premises and ends upon its return.

HIRING PERIOD. The hiring period shall be broken in two; a “booking rate” covering time used transporting and keeping this gear from others, and a “use rate” while using the equipment. Other than the right to use the equipment, no other rights are guaranteed. Additional arrangements may be made of post-acquisition data processing.

HIRING PERIOD. Hiring period will commence from the date of materials lifted from the godown of the Owner to the day it reaches back the godown, both days inclusive.
