HIRE PERIODS. This Hall-Hire Agreement shall be ongoing until terminated. However the PCC reserves to itself the right to use the Hall if & whenever it deems necessary. The Hall will not then be available to the Hirer when the Church requires the hall for any exceptional one-off event, such as, but not limited to, a funeral. As much notice as possible of non-availability shall be given by the Church to the Hirer. When the Church needs use of the Hall, any payments made by the Hirer beforehand will be reimbursed.
HIRE PERIODS. Official Fringe Dates:- Friday 18th February to Sunday 20th March 2022. The Bakehouse Theatre hire period is a weekly one running from Monday to Saturday. That adds up to four full weeks available for hire/programming, which are:- Week One (Monday Feb 21– Saturday Feb26) Week Two (Monday Feb 28 - Saturday Feb 5) Week Three (Monday March 7 - Saturday March 12) Week Four (Monday March 14 - Saturday Mar 19) During these four weeks we will be running three shows a night in the Studio Theatre and three shows a night in the Main Stage. Time slots for these are 6pm; 7.30pm and 9pm Each show must run for 1 hour maximum and be able to bump in and out in 15 minutes. (which adds up to half an hour between shows) Sundays and day time matinees are not included in your hire period. HIRE PERIODS. 3.1 The Hire Period shall be 3.1a During School Term [ ] am/pm on Mondays to Fridays. On days when no other parties are booked to occupy the Hall between [ ] am/pm, the Hirer may continue to use the Hall until [ ] am/pm at no extra charge to the Hirer. On all other days all the Hirer's activities shall cease and all equipment and furniture shall be put away in the places agreed with the Church by [ ] am/pm. The days during which the Hall must be clear by [ ] am/pm will be advised by the Church to the Hirer but may be changed at 24 hours’ notice.
HIRE PERIODS. The full hire period is the dates shown on the hire contract or as agreed in communication emails between Hirer and Heavenly Hot Tubs Group Ltd. At the end of the full hire hire period, goods not made available for collection will be placed back on hire for a further hire period and at the same hire charge. You must pay the extra charges when we ask for them, to include any additional costs incurred. The contract comes into effect once a deposit has been paid, by paying the deposit you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions which are published on our website and provided at point of hire. You must assist us in the delivery and collection at your location. You must give us clear instructions, and take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety of our people. We accept no responsibility for any damage or injuries caused. You must also confirm there is sufficient access for the specific hot tub being delivered, we will deliver on a trailer. You must have at least 95cm at all access points including garden gates, lanes down the side of property. Please ensure we have a clear route for delivery and for collection. The hirer will supply the electricity and water for the equipment during the hire period. You must make sure you have a suitable supply of electricity and it must be within close proximity of the setup area. We require a flat level base to sit the Hot Tub on; this can be slabbed, concrete, blocks, decking or any firm hard standing. We can place on loose stone chippings providing they are small and compacted. Grassed areas are not ideal but can be used. Great care must be taken not to get grass or soil in the water as this will spoil the enjoyment. We can provide a foam flooring to stop any foreign objects cutting or piercing the tubs if we feel appropriate. Although our tubs are 1800mm in diameter they need a minimum space of 2300mm for safety. You must ensure there is sufficient access to the spa into your chosen space, if access is not possible there will be under no circumstances, be any refunds. The hirer will inspect the equipment with Heavenly Hot Tubs and note and sign for any damage on the equipment. You become responsible for the goods when you receive the hired equipment. Please take extra care to stop sharp objects from being around or in the Hot Tub and prevent people from jumping in or on the Hot Tub. Do not use glasses in the tub or any foreign object in the tub. HIRE PERIODS. The Charter Term shall be divided into “Hire Periods” defined as follows: The first Hire Period shall be the remaining part of such calendar year in which the Vessel is delivered to Charterer. Thereafter each calendar year shall constitute a Hire Period up to the last Hire Period, which shall be calculated from January 1 in the year during which Redelivery from Charterer to Owner takes place up to and including the date of Redelivery. HIRE PERIODS. A month is one 28 day Period or any part thereof. Delivery and Collection charges are not included in the Rental rate.
HIRE PERIODS. 3.1 The Hire Period includes any set up and clearing away time and time for cleaning the Centre following use to return the Centre to its pre-hire state.
3.2 Should the hire Period or time of occupation extends beyond that stated in this agreement, the Church reserves the right to make additional charges at the hourly or weekly rate.
3.3 The PCC reserves to itself the right to use the Centre whenever it deems necessary. Such use will only be required in exceptional circumstances such as when the Centre is being used as a Polling Station or when the Church requires the Centre for any other exceptional event or series of events. As much notice as possible of non-availability shall be given by the Church to the Hirer. In these circumstances the PCC will endeavour to reduce the impact of any use through liaison with the Hirer and where possible making alternative arrangements such as a revised time. A refund will be made where alternative accommodation cannot be found.
3.4 The Hirer does not have exclusive possession of all or any part of the Centre and the PCC reserves to itself the right to use the Centre (or part of it) whenever it wishes.
HIRE PERIODS. 2.1.1 The hire rate is based upon the Equipment being hired for a minimum period as specified in GSA Excavations current price list.
2.1.2 The hire shall commence from the time and date the Equipment arrives at the Hirer’s site plus applicable travel and/or float charges as specified in clause 2.2 (c).
2.1.3 The Hirer shall pay GSA Excavations a surcharge to allow for overtime costs (rates on application) should the hire period and/or Work performed by the Contractor include night work after 6pm to 6am, weekends, statutory or gazetted public holidays.
HIRE PERIODS a. The period of hire commences when the customer takes possession of the Plant or when the Owner delivers the Plant in accordance with the Customers instructions.
b. The hire period ends when the Plant is back in possession of the Owner.
c. The Daily Hire Rate is based upon the Plant being hired for a maximum of 8 Hours in any one day.
d. The Weekly Hire Rate is based upon the Plant and Equipment being hired for a maximum of 5 days unless specified or varied in writing.
e. Note that hire terms are based on time out on hire, not time machine is operating
HIRE PERIODS. All times must be strictly adhered to – unless otherwise agreed with the management of the Company. The Company accepts no responsibility neither can it be held liable in any way whatsoever for delays howsoever caused. The Client may have access to the Premises between the opening and closing times stated in the hiring agreement. The Client may not alter the starting time of the event without the Company’s prior consent and the event must end no later than the finish time. Any over-run of booked time must be paid in advance in cash or credit card at the time of hire with the rate being £100 per hour plus additional expenses if agreed with the Company.
