HIRING PROCEDURES AND NON-DISCRIMINATION. The hiring procedures for the signatory Union(s) to this Agreement, shall be set forth in their respective Appendix. The parties agree that it will operate such hiring procedures in a manner which shall not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of age, race, creed, color, national origin, sex, handicap, veteran status, marital status, disability, union membership or possession of a security clearance in strict compliance with all Federal laws and the laws of the State of Nevada. The parties hereby agree to and support the implementation of the Contractor’s Affirmative Action Program and will assist in every way possible in the achievement of those goals and objectives within their bargaining units.
