Holiday and Sunday Shifts. Where shifts commence between 11.00pm and midnight on a holiday or a Sunday, the time so worked before midnight shall not entitle the employee to the holiday or Sunday rate. Provided that the time worked by an employee on a shift commencing before midnight on the day preceding a holiday or Sunday and extending into a holiday or Sunday shall be regarded as time worked on such holiday or Sunday. Where shifts fall partly on a holiday, that shift the major portion of which falls on a holiday shall be regarded as the holiday shift.

Holiday and Sunday Shifts. Where shifts fall partly on a public holiday or a Sunday, the shift shall be regarded as having been worked on the public holiday or the Sunday if the major portion of the shift falls on the public holiday or the Sunday.
