Holiday Entitlement. 7.1 The Executive shall during the Term be entitled to paid leave of absence of 21 Working Days (in addition to the usual public holidays) in each complete holiday year worked (and pro-rata for part of each holiday year worked), which shall be taken by the Executive at such time or times as shall be mutually convenient to the Executive and the Company. Accrued paid leave may be carried forward up to a maximum of 21 Working Days.
