Meals Allowance. 1 The employer shall provide a meal for employees who are instructed to perform more than two hours of overtime immediately after their working day or employees who perform work for more than two hours during an on-call or standby shift and are consequently unable to partake of their meal at the usual time and place.
Meals Allowance. 22.2.1. Where the employer requires an employee to be absent from his/her designated workplace and travel from the employee’s designated workplace in excess of a radius of 100km, the cost of a meal shall be reimbursed up to the maxima as follows:-
22.2.2. Depart prior to or at 7.00 am and returns to the workplace between 11am and 12 noon, Breakfast Allowance as per schedule 4.
22.2.3. Depart between 11am and 12 noon and returns to the workplace after 3.00 pm, Lunch Allowance as per schedule 4.
22.2.4. Depart on or after 3pm and returns to the employee’s place of residence or the employee’s designated workplace after 7pm, Dinner Allowance as per schedule 4.
22.2.5. Payment may be made in advance subject to agreement of the Coordinator of the organisation.
Meals Allowance. When an employee is required to report to work 2 hours or more preceding his or her regular starting time and continues work into his or her regular shift, he or she will be furnished a meal allowance at the Board’s expense that will be paid to the employee as an addition to the next payroll.
A. When an employee is required to work beyond his or her scheduled quitting time or is called back into work within one hour after the scheduled quitting time, and works for 2 hours or more, he or she will be furnished a meal allowance in the amount of $20 per meal allowance; and thereafter every six (6) hours.
B. Employees who are given less than 12 hours advance notice to report to work on a regularly scheduled off day and who work for 6 hours or more will be furnished a meal allowance in the amount of $20 per meal allowance; and thereafter every six (6) hours.
C. When such a meal is furnished by the Board, a meal allowance will not be permitted.
Meals Allowance. Employees on travel status shall be entitled to a meal allowance. The meal allowance shall be: Breakfast: $ 8.50 Lunch: $10.25 Dinner: $19.25
Meals Allowance. Meal allowance of $12.50 shall be paid after two hours of overtime for all non notified overtime.
Meals Allowance. 4.3.7.1 An employee required to work overtime for at least one and a half hours after working ordinary hours shall be paid by the company an amount of $10.50 to meet the cost of a meal.
4.3.7.2 An employee shall be entitled to be paid $10.50 for each meal after the completion of each four hours from the commencement of overtime.
4.3.7.3 The meal allowance set out at clause 4.3.7.1 and 4.3.7.2 shall increase on the 1/07/07 to $10.65 and on the 1/07/08 to $11.20.
4.3.7.4 Provided that this clause shall not apply to an employee who is provided with reasonable board and lodging or who is receiving a living away from home allowance in lieu thereof as provided for in clause 4.3.8 Living away from home, and is provided with a suitable meal.
Meals Allowance. Where an employee is required to work in excess of two hours after the normal rostered finishing time that employee shall be entitled to be provided with a meal by the Company or to be paid an allowance of $7.44.
Meals Allowance. An Employee requested to work and working at least three (3) consecutive hours after normal quitting time on any day shall be allowed a one-half (1/2) hour meal break and receive ten dollars ($10.00) as a meal allowance for that day.
Meals Allowance. (a) Subject to subclause 24.7(b) and subclause 25.7, where a meal is not provided to an Employee on tour by the Company or client, the Employee is entitled to receive the allowance applicable to that meal, and to the Employee’s salary bracket according to the reasonable daily travel amounts set by the ATO.
(b) The meal allowance prescribed under this subclause does not apply where the Company provides the Employee with self-catered accommodation, in accordance with subclause 24.5(d), and a debit card that can be used, solely, for groceries.
Meals Allowance. A Musician required to travel will be provided by the Company with all meals or paid an allowance of $ 60.28 per day up to a maximum of $ 301.31 per week. Where the Company provides meals, Musicians with special dietary requirements will be catered for accordingly or provided with the allowance.
