Common use of Holiday Leave Clause in Contracts

Holiday Leave. SECTION 1. Each regular, full-time, permanent Employee in full-pay status actively at work performing assigned duties shall earn and accrue Holidays each calendar year subject to Sections 2 and 3 below.
