Common use of Holiday Worked Clause in Contracts

Holiday Worked. EMPLOYEE(s) (in non-Z classifications) scheduled to work on a paid legal holiday as listed above shall receive time and one-half for the hours worked, plus the rate of pay as stated in Article III.E.3. herein. EMPLOYEE(s) may elect to receive compensatory time off, computed at the rate of time and one-half in lieu of monetary payment for time worked on paid holidays. 219. 5.
