Holiday Worked. FLSA exempt unit employees who are required to work a full day of any of the holidays recognized under Article 22 of this Agreement may be granted at the director’s discretion another workday or time off with pay. However, in order to ensure compliance with FLSA guidance, any granting of such time off (less than one (1) full work day) shall not be on an hour for hour basis.
