Holidays Considered As Time Worked. Only holidays for which the employee is eligible to receive holiday pay, and which fall on the employee's scheduled day of work, whether worked or not worked, will be considered as time worked for the purpose of computing overtime pay on a scheduled day "off" which the employee works.
