Common use of Holidays During Vacation Clause in Contracts

Holidays During Vacation. If a holiday occurs during an employee's vacation period, he/she shall be granted an additional day of vacation at his/her regular pay or an additional day's pay in the amount he/she would have received had he/she not been on vacation, as the employee elects.
