Holidays Not Charged to Sick Leave or Vacation. Holidays, including those allowed in lieu of the actual holiday, occurring while an employee is on a paid sick leave or a paid vacation shall be earned by the employee and not charged as sick leave or vacation.

  • Vacation, Holidays and Sick Leave During the Term, the Executive shall be entitled to paid vacation, paid holidays and sick leave in accordance with the Company's standard policies for its senior executive officers.
