Host Committee. The Government shall establish, at its own expense, and no later than three (3) months after signing this Agreement, a Host Committee in (name of place and country), composed of a sufficient number of staff to undertake local, administrative and operative tasks to carry out the Government responsibilities set forth in this Annex. The Government shall provide ITU with a list of names, titles, functions and contact information of all the persons constituting the Host Committee no later than three (3) months after signing this Agreement. This list shall include details of all bodies and authorities in all relevant areas of activities including but not limited to: police, security, media, protocol, visas, customs, transportation, hotels, logistics, and IT. The reporting structure and communication process with the Host Committee will be mutually agreed between the Government and ITU. The Host Committee should be English-speaking and should assign one person to interface with ITU.
Host Committee. TCRPC will, with the assistance of the FPRA staff and elected officials, assemble a Charrette Host Committee, which is essential for successful charrette and pre-charrette planning logistics (e.g., meeting/charrette venues, notification, public outreach). The committee will be comprised of approximately seven to ten residents, business owners, community leaders, and similar local representatives. Host Committee members are also encouraged to participate in the public charrette activities. TCRPC will schedule four to six Host Committee meetings prior to the charrette process.
Host Committee. 8.1 The Government shall establish, at its own expense, and no later than six (6) months prior to the Event, a Host Committee in (name of place and country), composed of a sufficient number of staff of the Government having sufficient skills, power and authority to undertake and make decisions concerning local, administrative and operative tasks to carry out the Government responsibilities set forth in the Agreement.
Host Committee. In connection with this Co-hosting Agreement, the Co-hosting Chapter shall appoint a well qualified, dedicated Host Committee, which also shall include the participation of at least one member of The Association’s Executive Board. Net Profit Share. In the event that the Co-hosting Chapter substantially complies with the Co-hosting Agreement in all material respects, then the Co-hosting Chapter shall be entitled to receive its Net Profit Share, calculated by The Association as 50% of net profit received from the Annual Conference. In such event, the Co-hosting Chapter’s Net Profit Share shall be paid by The Association to the Co-hosting Chapter within 60 days after the occurrence of the following: completion of the Annual Conference, receipt of all Annual Conference revenue, and receipt of any requested records maintained by the Co-hosting Chapter pertaining to the Annual Conference.

This list shall include details of all bodies and authorities in all relevant areas of activities including but not limited to: police, security, media, protocol, visas, customs, transportation, hotels, logistics, IT part.
